Persistence Pays Off!
After visiting three different shops trying to solve a persistent thumping noise in his rear suspension, this customer was at his wit's end. The noise kept getting worse, and it turns out the issue was a defective shock absorber. Along the way, we also discovered dangerously loose caliper bolts on the front brakes—installed by another shop that refused to warranty the repairs. Thankfully, we were able to fix everything and get him safely back on the road. He could have saved a ton of money if he had called Tulsa Auto Fix first!
