They did not even properly pack my original tires, just squeezed them into the back seat and made the interior dirty. After the tire change, my car, which is less than two months old, started making a sharp noise whenever I braked, something that never happened before. I had to spend extra money at another repair shop to fix the issue caused by their unprofessional work. What’s worse, there was no reply, apology, or follow-up despite my complaint. Their lack of care and accountability is truly disappointing. Stay away from this shop unless you have plenty of time and money to fix the problems they might create.

I must say TST has good quality tires in very affordable price, actually cheapest among ten places i reached out to. On top of that, quick service as they took me in short notice and got the job done. Staff are gentle and provide very good service. 5 on 5 to them. Well done
