TSI - Western Star - Beau Roc - Serco - Bonnell

The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. A dealership should be maintained to a much higher standard this place clearly needs a professional cleaning service. You guys make enough money to at least pay for your building to not have tons of dust and feel more dirty going in then coming out smh

TSI is a really good place to bring your truck they have a very good team that work there and they’re very straight up on everything get you in and out pretty fast.. would do business with them again..

I arrived with the truck in the morning around 9 am and there was only one truck being serviced, I just wanted them to look at a problem I had, around 10 am they told me that I had to replace the release valve, and put on a mudflap that I had with me that I requested to be put on, they sent me an estimate of 600 dollars, a labor of 360 to replace the release valve and 87 dollars for the mudflap, around 3 in the afternoon they still had not serviced the truck and no one had entered the service, I spoke to someone and then they serviced the truck and in less than an hour the truck was ready to leave, I don't understand why they charge 360 ​​dollars for a 30 minute job and leave the truck stopped for 7 hours in the shop, wasting my time and money, should I charge you for the labor? Time spent on cell phones and not working, and then charging customers for their time, unfair and expensive

I was here a few months ago I am an owner opp with my own authority. I met the owner personally who was well knowleged and was in the shop working. This shop is honest and has plenty of experience and knowledge. It all comes down to parts and if there is availability but I was in and out the SAME DAY! You cannot find any shop for the most part that has parts on hand and can fix 💯 the same day. I've ran at least 10k miles sense then and still no issues. Family owner and freightliner approved. Don't hesitate to come here!

I feel sorry for their mechanics for having the managers they have. I am not sure how many mechanics they have, but I saw at least 5 people in their offices. It takes for ever to have your invoice printed. I know that we had some changes made on the invoice but 4 hours I think is to much. One of the worst experiences in my life.

They’re my new go to for parts when I’m in the area, always very clean the parts guys are always friendly and knowledgeable, it’s a dealership I actually look forward to going into!

My wife and I have been owner operators now for 18 years and 3 years ago we bought our first western star - The dealership it self is great the service manager Rob stout is fantastic- The owner Bill Moore is one of the nicest most respectful people you will ever meet - I highly recommend this shop for all of your service needs they can handle all of your mechanical issues no problem.
