From my first meeting with Taylor, I felt confident in his professionalism, experience and skill and my intuition was right on! My kitchen renovation went off without a hitch and is more beautiful than I could possible have imagined. There is not a single detail that I would change or that is not perfectly installed. In addition to the quality, Taylor was always very responsive and open to any and all changes and questions that I had. Everything was clean and tidy at the end of each work day. Throughout the project I knew that I was in excellent hands. I highly recommend TS Renovations!!!

Taylor and TS Renovations created a basement bar and "club room" from unfinished space. Work included flooring, drywall, windows, framing, insulation, cabinets, countertop, lighting, doors, painting and rebuilding stairs. They were terrific to work with. From the initial meeting, Taylor was a good listener and really wanted to understand our goals. His communication on a daily and weekly basis throughout a 12 month project was far better than other contractors I have worked with over 30 years. He was always transparent with pricing and scheduling which is often not the case in the industry. The work completed was high quality and all punch items were completed to our 100% satisfaction. The TS Renovation team led by Neil did a wonderful job taking our vision for an updated kitchen and making it a reality. The collaboration with Kitchen World was excellent as a source for cabinets and countertops. Throughout the process, there was clear communication and the quality of work was really exceptional. We have already contacted them again to see about renovating another room in the house. We recommend them most highly.

Renovating is a stressful undertaking. Taylor’s clear, kind and consistent communication makes the process so much easier! We love our kitchen, ceiling and flooring! This contractor & his team were fantastic to work with. Great communication, timely & quality work on every aspect of our project. We renovated a very dated & dark 1950's kitchen. We had all new kitchen cabinets installed, new flooring, the microwave mounted & vented to outside, plus the electrical & plumbing work. We were having new granite countertops installed too, and the base cabinets were spot on for the template to be done. The kitchen is now modern & bright, it's truly beautiful. The project was completed ahead of the timeline & it came in under the estimate for the cost of the project. Thank you so much Taylor, we couldn't be happier!

We have had prior experience with Taylor and knew immediately we would want him as our contractor for our latest project which involved replacing 2 decks and adding a Catio/screened porch and new sliding door. We were not disappointed. Him and his crews attention to detail and professionalism is unparalleled. They were prompt, professional and a whole heck of a lot of fun to work with.

After we had water damage in our kitchen, we needed a renovation. Taylor Sears and his team turned something so negative into a positive experience. Cannot say enough about him and his teams professionalism, quality of work, and responsiveness to any questions. The team always cleaned up after a hard days work. We recently completed a full renovation on our property and couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire team was professional, reliable, and did outstanding work — but I especially want to call out our foreman, Corey. Corey was excellent throughout the entire process: extremely communicative (often going above and beyond to keep us updated), detail-oriented, and proactive in addressing any questions or concerns. The project stayed on schedule and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend this team for any renovation project!

Taylor and his phenomenal crew completed much-needed renovations to our camp. It was a large project; they replaced the roof and removed the stone chimney and fireplace, windows, insulation, siding, and more. We knew there would be surprises underneath, and Taylor guided us through the issues and potential solutions. He is an outstanding communicator, and we were always well-informed. We feel the renovations were a complete success and hope he does not become so busy he is not available for our next project.
