TruVision Auto Glass

My truck was hit with a rock on the highway and it left one of my windows shattered. I called Joel with TruVision, and he was extremely quick getting me a very reasonable quote and working us into his same day schedule. He came to my location and was done within a few hours. He was professional, super friendly, efficient and the repair was flawless. This mobile service was incredibly convenient, and the whole process was so smooth. I will absolutely use them again. I highly recommend TruVision Auto Glass. Their communication is excellent, they work quickly, and the results are outstanding. Joel has saved my windshield twice in the past six months. Highly recommend!! Joel and his team came out on a Saturday and fixed my window. The issue wasn't what the dealership advised, and it took 5 minutes to fix. I'll only be using TruVision in the future.

I have used Joel with TruVision Auto Glass to replace my Dodge truck and Kia Optima front windshields. Good communication, fast, and effective. Scheduled a mobile service where they came out to me and the large rock chip was fixed within 15 minutes. Extremely happy with the results and I believe the price is set perfectly for the value they deliver. Highly recommend putting a piece of tape over the chip until Joel and his team are able to come out.

After taking my car into Safelite for a small rock chip, they managed to ruin my windshield & were going to charge me for a new one. I asked around & was referred to Joel. He came out the very next day & replaced my windshield for half the cost other competitors were going to charge me. He and his partner were here less than an hour & both provided provided service. Excellent customer service, everything was on schedule, Joel and the other tech were both professional. They were in and out in record time, solid install and clean up. Easy peasy.

This is the 2nd time I have used their services. 1st was a windshield replacement and this time my driver side passenger window needed to be replaced. I called yesterday at 5:30pm and they just got done with the replacement. They professional, fast and they come to you. Highly recommend.

The day after Thanksgiving, my driver’s side window was shattered on the freeway by a glancing rock. When we got home and began looking for an auto glass installer, I came across TruVision. I called, and while I was leaving a message, I received a text from them asking for my VIN and which window was broken. I responded to the text, and within minutes, I received a reply: they not only could have the window delivered the next morning, but they could also come out to my house and install it tomorrow! Joel followed up the text with a phone call, providing a price and offering a couple of openings for installation. He came out, installed the window, and removed all of the broken glass in just 40 minutes. TruVision’s price was significantly lower than the company that advertises everywhere, and the service was amazing.

I just had someone break my driver’s side window last night. I had it street parked in Central District in downtown. Honestly, TruVision got me taken care of! They told me it would take 15 minutes to get the job done…They did it in 10! Also, pricing was fair and honest. I appreciated their customer service and now they have a customer for life.
