If I could select higher than 5 stars I would. Dave was so good and responsive and knew waaaay more about our system than the company that installed it. We had originally went with another local company and it was a disaster. It was one of those situations where you just feel stuck and ripped off and unable to get the help you need…I finally called TruTemp and WOW what a difference in customer service and expertise. Dave came out, figured everything out, fixed everything and actually improved the design and went above and beyond what was done originally. I will tell everyone to call TruTemp when they need something…and it’s not even close! I value TRUST most when choosing contractors for anything; and trust me, you can trust Dave and trust TruTemp. Look no further. Don’t worry about reading any other reviews or looking at any other local companies…call TruTemp now and you won’t be disappointed!!!

We had Dave come out and work on our gas lines in our food truck! He was the 4th person we hired to try to figure out our problems. He did an AMAZING job! He got all of our equipment working and running exactly the way its supposed to! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND DAVE especially!

I don't typically write reviews. If I do, I like to wait to make sure that I am giving an accurate review of the company and the service. With that being said. I would highly recommend Tru Temp. Back in Feb, when temps were -20, I had my furnace go out. It was after hours and everyone was closed. I was frantically trying to get someone out here but no one would answer or return my calls. Except True Temp! Not only did they get back to me immediately, they said they could be to me within the hour. Skipping ahead. They had my furnace opened up and were figuring out what caused it to completely stop. Then they found it. A bracket broke. The peice that was no longer mounted fell into my fan and stopped it from spinning. That was it. No big fix, no big exspence. Just simply re-mounting the peice. This is a very honest company! They didn't try to swindle or convince me that I needed parts I didn't need, or add extra costs. Actually just the opposite. Not only did he not try to charge me for things I didn't need, he also didn't charge me for the after hours service because when they got there, (even though he absolutely could have) it was almost regular hours. And... since he was there, and I was paying for that hour regardless, he cleaned all my burners so they would fire better. He really gave me good honest service at a really fair price. I saved his number in my phone and will not be calling anyone else. Like I said, highly recommend this company!

Dave at TruTemp has been great to work with. He fixed things that were completed wrong by another contractor for my business, Pioneer Recovery Center. I would highly recommend them!

Dave was great and his crew are great! I called him for an error with my boiler and he made time to come out the next day. After resolving the problem he provided instruction as to how I could troubleshoot this error in the future. He also inspected the entire system and recommended some routine maintenance. Turns out I was very much in need of a water filter change. Dave is friendly, quick to respond and very thorough in assessing and repairing the problem. He went above and beyond! I will be calling him again!

I first worked with Dave several years ago when my thermostat stopped working in the middle of the night in the middle of winter. He walked me through how to fix it temporarily until he could get there in the morning. I have since bought a new house which needed central air when I moved in and more recently, a new furnace. Dave, Eric, and James are all so personable and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with them in my home, and they were open to questions throughout the day. I highly recommend TruTemp.

TruTemp was the most professional best company I have worked with in a long time. They helped me on a Sunday night when my boiler was not working and then came a few weeks later to repair the boiler that was botched by someone else. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Knowledgeable, Helpful and respectful. Dave and his whole team keep you updated through the whole process. They worked well with the city (we converted from oil to gas to had to involve Comfort Systems). Dave always filled me in along the way and explained things. I never felt pressured, and the work was clean and amazing! Installed new gas pipes, new furnace and new water heater... 10/10 would recommend.

This is our first summer in our home in Duluth. Our 2nd floor bedroom has a mini-split for AC. The weather has gotten very hot and humid over the past week which really makes the 2nd floor bedroom unbearable. We had used the mini-split only a couple times before it started leaking water. Hubby and I did our best to research and troubleshoot to fix the leaky mini-split but the leak continued. We needed some HVAC help. A friend recommended TruTemp so I called and talked to Dave. He was very kind to fit us into his schedule and came over this afternoon. He quickly determined that the mini-split's drain line had not been properly installed at the right angle/gradient which caused the water leak. He explained to us how it should have been installed then fixed it. We are so thankful for Dave coming to our home today! Right now I'm in my cool bedroom with the AC on and no water leak! Thank you, Dave! We will be calling TruTemp again to service our furnace before winter and for any other HVAC issues. We completely recommend Dave at TruTemp. He is knowledgeable, has integrity and cares about customer satisfaction. Dave is the best!
