We recently purchased an older home with a garage floor that was in very poor condition. After contacting TruTech, Shannon promptly visited our home, provided an honest assessment, and offered a no-pressure, transparent quote. He carefully explained that several critical joint and surface repairs needed to be completed before TruTech’s garage floor coating could be applied. The price was competitive with other bids we received, so we moved forward with the project. The installation team handled every detail — including the necessary repairs — and did an outstanding job. They were professional, skilled, and clearly took pride in their work. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. We’re highly satisfied with the results — the floor looks amazing!

Only regret is that I waited so long to call…… From the moment we met Shannon, he was not only extremely knowledgeable in answering EVERY question and concern but also was responsive and timely in scheduling as promised. The team members, especially Jaime, did an excellent job installing and paying close attention to the detail involved with a step perimeter. Existing green paint removed and even the old cracks and chips totally disappeared when they were done. Agree with having sand in the clear coat for slip resistance as suggested. Throughout the process, Shannon was available and responsive in any phone calls. Don’t think twice about it and wait so long like me! Enjoy it NOW! ***Warning- be prepared to purge “unnecessary”items in your garage and want to spend some money on new cabinet storage systems to complement the beautiful floor! Trutech Concrete Coatings coated our garage floor and did a great job! The old floor was pitted, and stained from years of winter usage. The new floor coating looks great! We spend a lot of time in the garage during nice weather and now the floor looks like a finished part of our home! Overdelivered by TruTech Concrete Coatings! It’s always a good feeling when a job is done and not only did it come out better than I could’ve done myself, but the speed, efficiency and final result was definitely a better outcome than I had anticipated. I bought a house that had done epoxy a small handful of years prior and after fixing up the garage, the floor no longer matched so I was in the market of getting a new epoxy floor. A few people had referred me to Shannon at TruTech and raved about the difference between Polyspartic versus epoxy. Shannon shows up, points out where my epoxy floor was already peeling in multiple spots and the search was over. One month later, I had the coolest floor in the neighborhood and couldn’t be happier! TruTech backs their products with a great warranty and coming from a company with great service means I’m happy to give them a super thumbs up and refer them to anybody and everybody.
