Nick Whitmire delivers in spades. End of story. Also the beginning of the good part of the story. Suffice it to say that we went 5 months without a refrigerator due to service contract and repair service negligence and a long pursuit for resolution.
1. I received a call from Nick within a day of the scheduling email from the contract provider.
2. An appointment was made for three days from then.
3. Nick found space in his schedule to come even earlier and sent a text around his availability, and I knew exactly when he would arrive cuz he'd let me know when he was on his way.
4. A new compressor was ordered, arrived, and installed WITHIN A WEEK. For the first time since July, this fridge is functional.
For me, good communication and reliability is golden, and Nick delivered it all - straightforwardly, calmly, and with a smile. In our area we haven't had a ton of appliance repair so I'm happy to know he's here and to share him with you. Trust Nick, he'll treat you right and deliver excellent work efficiently.
