Nick Whitmire delivers in spades. End of story. Also the beginning of the good part of the story. Suffice it to say that we went 5 months without a refrigerator due to service contract and repair service negligence and a long pursuit for resolution. 1. I received a call from Nick within a day of the scheduling email from the contract provider. 2. An appointment was made for three days from then. 3. Nick found space in his schedule to come even earlier and sent a text around his availability, and I knew exactly when he would arrive cuz he'd let me know when he was on his way. 4. A new compressor was ordered, arrived, and installed WITHIN A WEEK. For the first time since July, this fridge is functional. For me, good communication and reliability is golden, and Nick delivered it all - straightforwardly, calmly, and with a smile. In our area we haven't had a ton of appliance repair so I'm happy to know he's here and to share him with you. Trust Nick, he'll treat you right and deliver excellent work efficiently.

After calling 3 other businesses and not speaking with a person I called Nick who actually answered the phone! He scheduled an appointment to service my washing machine and diagnosed the problem and fixed my machine! I found him to be professional and dedicated to his work. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I will definitely call him if I need to in the future!!

Our stove died. We had an appointment fast and Nick knew exactly what the issue was before he even got here. Hands down will recommend this company to all of my family and friends!

Excellent service Nick arrived exactly when he said he was going to was flexible with my schedule. He even took his shoes off in the house very polite, kind courteous.

We had a good experience with Nick. He was able to come by to diagnose the issue with our washing machine within two business days of us reaching out. He then had our washer fully repaired in less than a week (including a holiday weekend). He tried multiple methods to repair our washer and had he not done so we would have had to replace it completely. Thanks to Nick we should get a few more years out of our appliance.

Nick is a gem! He drove out to my rural home twice during a holiday week to first diagnose and then fix my (high-end) freezer with the necessary parts.
