I had a great experience with Trusted Choice. Brandon spent a lot of time running tests and diagnosing the issue with our air conditioner. After determining that it was an issue with our thermostat, he installed a new one quickly and for a very reasonable price. During the heat of late summer, when many heat & A/C companies were booked out for weeks and others would not return my calls. Brandon worked me into his schedule. He found leak in line. He made repair, recharged with freon. After unit was running He checked operation. Before starting repairs Brandon gave me an approximate price range before starting work. When completed the price was at very low end of his estimated price range. I highly recommend Trusted Choice Heating & Cooling and will recommend to friends and family! Brandon is very knowledgeable and has proper testing equipment for his trade. Trusted Choice will be my go to for routine maintenance or future repairs.

Had my AC go out and had an appointment via my home warranty. They never got their act together and never ordered the parts needed by the time of the appointment(which was a month after it was scheduled). I came to trusted choice and in just over a week from the time of contacting Brandon, I now have an new AC. The prices were better than anywhere else, and he kept me in the loop the entire time until the new unit was installed. My AC unit decided to quit working on the the hottest day so far this year. Brandon came out the next morning to troubleshoot the issue and was able to quickly install the capacitor that had quit working with one that he had with him. He was on time, quick and just a great person to work with! I highly recommend his work and will definitely call him again if any issues arise!
