A few years back we had issues with water leaking into our house and Jamie came out and repaired our verandah roof and also replaced the valleys..we just had him here again with Noah to replace the remaining tiled roof and gutters with Colorbond metal roofing. They have done an excellent job...they are hard-working, clean, honest and reliable. I highly recommend Trueflow Roof Restorations. This is the second time we have had Jamie out to help us with a roofing issue; the first time was to replace an old section of roof and this time to cover over a failed sealing in an old heater vent. Jamie and Phil from TrueFlow Roof Restorations did a fantastic job with replacing our old rusty corrugated iron roof with a new shiny colourbond roof. Their knowledge about roofing standards and requirements was very in depth and they knew exactly what they were doing. We had 2 exhaust fans installed at the same time and they worked along with the sparkie to ensure a safe and reliable install. Jamie provided us with a few different quotes with options for materials to use, so we were able to find a solution which fit our budget. The price was very competitive and included all items needed for our brand new roof. Jamie and Phil literally put a roof over our heads and we can't thank them enough. They had a high level of professionalism and always kept us updated with how things were progressing. Every evening before they left they would give us an update of what was completed and what the plan was for the next day. They were always on time and were very courteous. Jamie and Phil were genuinely passionate about the roof installation and worked on our roof as if they were doing it for their own houses, with care and accuracy. I'm very glad that we chose them. Our Upwey job involved redoing a flat roof with clerestory windows that had repeatedly leaked and been patched-up for 40 years, without success, due to poor original design and implementation. We didn't just want a new roof; we wanted a high-performing one. Many plumbers looked at the complexity and were put off quoting, so we realised it was a difficult case. Jamie surprised us with his confidence that he could redo it, no problem. He re-pitched the roof and worked out better flashings for problem areas. He was patient while I put in new cabling and insulation, and we sealed up gaps for air-tightness. I have waited a year to see how the roof has performed, and I am pleased to report that it hasn't leaked once and has improved the comfort level in the house greatly. Jamie was also well-organised, neat and efficient in his work. 5 well-earned stars!

We engaged TrueFlow to replace all gutters on our house. Jamie provided a clear quotation, explained it very well and we were left with a good feeling that quality and high workmanship will be his priority. The work has been completed, on time and appears to be an excellent job. We just need some rain now but everything went well and Jamie and his apprentice were very tidy (always a good indication of good workmanship to me), finished on time and every conversation we had left me feeling confident of the work done. Jamie and his apprentice did a fantastic job. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Excellent customer communication and always has an idea to fix or repair. Jamie went above and beyond my expectations, even when I forgot to ask about a mod he gladly carried it out.

Jamie and his team did a brilliant job with our gutter replacement with a price that was fair and reasonable. The workmanship was first grade and Jamie and his team were just great people to deal with and extremely helpful. Throughout the whole process Jamie and his team were always careful to avoid damaging the plants in our garden and at the end of the day everything was tidied up.
