Jacob and crew came in and dropped 3 leland cypress trees for me, they are not easy trees to deal with as everything had to be lowered because of a fence and existing shed and home in close proximity. I highly recommend him and his Crew, they were all courteous and very professional in my interactions with them.

Jacob and his crew at True Tree Service were awesome! We had a large redwood in our front yard, pretty close to the house and lines, and they handled the limbing safely and efficiently. They finished the job over the weekend, cleaned everything up nicely, and made the whole process super easy. This is phase one of our project — And phase two will actually be bringing the tree down. We’re really happy with their work and will definitely hire them again!

He was able to get me a free quote immediately and did the work the next day in record time. The cost of the treework was much cheaper than other businesses in the area. This team is amazing. At our home in 2 days trimming trees that had not been trimmed in 20 years. So much more light and looks beautiful. They worked so well as a team, always communicating and absolutely incredible to watch them work.

Great work for a great price! I cannot recommend highly enough! I reached out for an estimate to get several redwood trees trimmed and Jake got back to me right away. He gave a free estimate, and set-up a team to come out the very next day. The team were so fast and efficient! The whole process only took about 5 hours for several trees to be trimmed and the branches mulched and cleared. Russell was an absolute gem! I work from home but was pleasantly surprised that the work was not overly loud or distracting. They followed up to make sure everything met expectations, but they exceeded all of ours. We are so very happy with their service! We will definitely be reaching out again for future needs!

A HUGE thank you to Jacob and his team at True Tree Services for the amazing work on the redwoods at our homestead. Jacob was quick to schedule a time to come out for a quote 2 days after reaching out to him and had the entire job complete within a week! His crew came ready to work and with great attitudes and smiles. They were very thoughtful while piling the branches in the location we requested and kept the premises organized and tidy. Jacob returned my inquiry call within an hour and met me at the project site the same morning to discuss and provide a quote. His price was competitive and he worked with me to schedule the work sooner than I expected, which was awesome. I met Andrew, Cameron, and Nick, all of whom were very polite, respectful and hard workers. The job was completed as anticipated, and they left the yard cleaner than it was when they got there. Excellent experience; I would hire them again.

I am late in posting this review, however I wanted to share our excellent experience with True Tree Service. First of all, we had a lot of large trees on our property in Smith River that needed to be cut down or trimmed. Jacob/Jake not only responded quickly to my request, which is always a good sign but he was also able to start within a couple days, that was unexpected and worked out perfectly! He and his team came in and did a fantastic and very professional job. We had a huge spruce growing literally a foot away from the house that they took down safely & carefully and without any damage to said structure. In addition two newly fallen massive spruce and alder as well as add’l alders and large spruce. The entire team was great and got the job done! A special shout out to Will for trimming up all those extras along the pathway (& no Will I didn’t forget your shoutout, I am just a little late with this post haha) !!
