True Tex did a fabulous job. We called to get our septic tank cleaned out and they got us an appointment within the week. Patrick and his helper came in and started right away very knowledgeable on the job and explained everything to us Located the clean out Very quickly and kept us very informed I would highly recommend this company. Patrick is very friendly and hard worker.

True Tex did great work in a previous building I ran so using them for our new business was an easy choice! Cody and Jason were phenomenal! Cody answered all of our questions and helped us decide a course of action when we started and he and Jason knocked out the plan just as discussed! I used True Tex Plumbing today and please let me share how extremely satisfied I was with the job that they did for me. Not only did they do a fantastic job quickly but done correctly also. They were extremely professional and showed up when they said they would be here. Cleaned up the job site when they were finished. I had two faucets replaced in my home. Ive tried a few other plumbing companies and decided to give this company a chance because one thing i do is read reviews. I was impressed with the reviews and I knew this had to be a positive experience. Dustin and Arce came out and showed up on time as i was promised. Each one of them took a faucet and completed the task in a timely manner. However, I did have a hicup with the bathroom faucet. Jason came out as promised, did a through inspection and fixed the problem quickly. Even though i had a hicup, I will still recognize Dustin, Arce and Jason for all their hard work and promptness. Fast response with water leaks from freeze! Very pleased with entire experience with True Tex Plumbing staff. Shali texted with updates of when my assigned plumber would arrive. It was sooner than expected. Jason was great! Friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me cracks and make recommendations. I had to leave and he stayed to make sure water troughs were full before leaving. Great experience overall will definitely iuse this company again!

Have had great experiences with True Tex. They are always there when they say and do great work. Very reliable. Jeremy explained everything he did and answered all of my questions. He took care of all my problems and took extra care not to leave a mess.

Jason came to double check that I have no leaky pipes or anything under my home. He had to jump through hoops just to get access under my kitchen area, but he literally got it done QUICKLY. He was so kind and explained everything to me in a way I understood, cause I have no idea what any of the plumbing stuff is. He was excellent. Kacey is so fabulous, I told her the issues I was having and she said she would have somebody out to check for me the next day. 10/10, I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
