I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a Korean Plasma Glowing Facial treatment at True Nature Spa, I felt comfortable and private the whole time. The soothing music, soft lighting,beautifully designed, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere that allowed me to truly relax. The staff is the best always so attentive and friendly. After the treatment, my skin felt incredibly soft，rejuvenated and looks healthier than ever. I’ve only had the best results and highly recommend! I would definitely go back.

Hidden gem in West Bloomfield. My experience is always great. The owner Ava is the best and super nice. My go to is the 3 hour Rejuvenate Package. Which is the Sauna, body scrub, 1 hour facial and 1 hour hot stone massage. I always get Wendy and she does a wonderful job. The facial is Top-Tier. They have a lot of different options. Like skin treatments, lymphatic drainage massage, body scrub, various spa packages starting at $100, Himalayan salt room and Hot Compress Therapy. Booking an appointment is super easy and they offer Gift Cards. They also sale Korean skin care products. The prices are reasonable. They also suggest (force) a 20% tip. Saturday is by appointment only. M–Sat. 10:00 am – 8:00 pm Sun. 11:00am to 7:00 pm The only thing I don’t like is that they need to paint or wash the doors/walls. A little upgrade to the shower would be nice. I also wish they had sound proof rooms so you can’t hear the chatter from the front lobby, the phone ringing and the bell from the door. A receptionist for the front desk would be nice as well. That way the person helping you can focus. I always walk out with a big smile feeling super rejuvenated.

My husband and I came here for a couples massage on Sweetest Day, and it was absolutely wonderful! The spa is spotless, peaceful, and instantly makes you feel relaxed. Our massage therapists, Lilia and Lin, were both amazing you can truly tell they love what they do and put their heart into every detail. They made sure the pressure was just right and took the time to focus on every area that needed extra attention. The entire experience felt thoughtful, caring, and deeply rejuvenating. We left feeling completely refreshed and so grateful for the warmth and professionalism of the staff. This was our first visit, but definitely not our last we can’t wait to come back again soon!

I recently tried the body scrub at this spa and absolutely loved it! They use high-quality scrub products that left my skin incredibly soft, smooth, and deeply refreshed. It effectively removed dead skin and helped my body absorb moisture so much better—especially important in Michigan’s dry weather. I’ve also had their facial and massage treatments—the facial left my skin feeling clean and lifted, and the massage was very relaxing. The Salt Room where they do the massage is beautifully designed and adds a calm, cozy vibe to the whole experience. The estheticians and massage therapists here are not only professional, but also warm and friendly, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Yesterday I went for the escape package. The sauna and body scrub was great. My massage not so much. The woman performing it was rough. She kept asking me if I was okay which tells me she saw I was tense and uncomfortable. I let her know a couple of times it was hurting, she laughed it off and said “no pain no gain right?” Today I feel like I was beaten up! My back and arms have bruising and I can barely move my upper body. They over charged my card by $5.75. The lady then laughed at the cash tip I gave her which is INSANE! I gave what I could.. I should have snatched my money back but that’s not my character. I saw the tipping suggestion sign but a tip is extra NOT mandatory. It’s sad because this was my first massage ever and to have a terrible experience sucks! There is no reason I should be in so much pain the next day. Beware!!

Utterly blown away by this spa and cannot wait to return. The massage was acupressure style and absolutely incredible. She was able to identify all of my knots and worked extremely hard to release them. My face was glowing after the facial and my skin is SO soft after the body scrub. This spa was simply the best choice for celebrating mother's day. We did the couples package that included the massage, sauna, body scrub, and facial. I was impressed every step of the way, not only with the services, but even more, the friendliness of the people here. I left wanting to be friends with everyone here; they are THAT warm and inviting. I have never felt so welcomed in a spa before (which can sometimes be an uncomfortable situation with the wrong people employed). Everything is clean, well organized, and professional. If you're looking to gift someone something amazing, this is the move. I've done a similar package like this at a much more expensive spa in Detroit, and this one beats it 100%. Value for the dollar is extraordinary! Other bits to know: wear loose comfortable clothes, your things will be moved from room to room by the staff depending on your services, they provide plenty of water. The sauna is a small personal size, only really able to hold 2 people, but you can adjust heat and lighting to your liking. They provide robes and sandals to wear during your time. I did not see any lockers. The ladies appreciate a beautiful tattoo 😎 most are from China. Great chance to practice your speaking with such friendly ladies!

I tried out True Natural Spa for the first time this morning, based on Google reviews. I booked online this morning, then got an email that my booking request was pending. I figured I'd check back in a half hour to see if it was approved, but within 2 minutes I got an email stating my booking request was approved. The spa is nicely decorated and very clean. I was able to get in for my services immediately. I went with the "Mini Getaway" package which is a massage and body scrub. I thought both services were good and the massage therapists were very professional. The coffee sugar scrub product use smelled really good. All products seemed to be high quality. The cost of the services were fair. I recommend this spa, and plan to back again. It wasn't the closest to my home but they are friendly, prices are good and everyone was friendly and that's meaningful to me.

My husband and I came here for a couples massage for our wedding anniversary and it was one of the best massages we have ever had! The salt room is so calming and staff was wonderful. This was our first time and we will be back.

3-hour package is a MUST! From the calming environment of the salt massage room to the LED Bubble Facial I literally felt all my tension melt away. I was in town for a wedding and was looking for some pampering and I am so glad I was able to be taken care of by Wendy! At the end of my visit I got a gift certificate for a couples massage as a wedding present- wish I could come back again. Thank you!!

It was an amazing experience — truly relaxing and deeply enjoyable. You can really feel that Ava doesn’t just do her job — she puts her heart into it. I felt so much care and energy in every touch. There’s definitely a special gift and talent in her hands!
