I came across Anthony from ChatGPT. I asked it for an electrician with highly rated google reviews, installs ceiling fans and in the area local to me.
Anthony was one of three that came up in results. Out of the three, Anthony was the only one that was the most responsive and helpful.
He called me and popped over to have a look while he was in the area.
Immediately I could tell from his approach, he knows exactly what he is talking about it, no nonsense and no spin. Just the way I like it, direct and to the point.
I must say that as a woman, I can encounter "mansplaining" at times from tradies. Not once did Anthony make me feel small or inadequate to understand what is needed.
We hit a few snags because of fire sprinklers in my apartment, but if Anthony didn't prompt me to check the requirements surrounding installing ceiling fans (none of the other tradies did) near a sprinkler, I would have put fans in my other rooms that would not have passed a fire safety compliance check.
Another point is, other tradies would lament about needing to install wood in the ceiling to support the weight of the fan, which would mean cutting through the gyprock, and ultimately needing to repair it and paint it. Anthony was confident this wouldn't be necessary and he was right and it was lucky enough a support beam was in the ceiling.
Anthony proposed a switch up of my existing lighting, so that one of the switches can be used for the fan, genius! Again, no other tradie had suggested this. Anthony thinks outside of the box to get the job done with ease.
Today the ceiling fan is installed and I couldn't be happier. I can't express enough how appreciative I am of Anthony's promptness, knowledge, professionalism, support and willingness to assist.
I know if I ever need an electrician again I will be a repeat customer for sure! And without hesitation recommend him to friends and family. Reasonably priced too!
So if you are looking for an electrician who gets the job done and done well, go with True Local Services, you will not be disappointed.
Thanks again Anthony!
