I’m generally not one to leave online reviews, but I feel like the exemplary service I received from this company warrants it. I have a 27-year-old pool that had a series of leaks that were difficult to track down and repair. It took multiple trips out for the detection process, and a couple of in-depth repairs. By the time the process was finished, I ended up working with Josh, Bo, Brock, and Ryan, all of which were extremely knowledgeable and exhibited utmost professionalism. I would highly recommend this company.

Couldn’t be more honest and up front. Wonderful to work with and Josh was an amazing servicer. Explained things to me about my pool no pool company was able or willing to. Definitely use True Blue Leak detection, they are honest and won’t force you into a leak detection if they think it’s not needed. 6/5 Stars

Friends...let me tell you...THESE ARE THE PEOPLE TO WORK WITH FOR LEAK DETECTION AND REPAIRS!!! Our pool has been a nightmare for the last couple of years. We have spent a small fortune on leak detection companies (two different companies) that came out and really couldn't find the leak and then suggested all sorts of repairs that did nothing to keep the pool from leaking. After taking a brief respite from pool problems, we were ready to FIND THE RIGHT COMPANY! First, we talked with Shalay, and she was fantastic on the phone asking questions and then directing us to Ryan, the owner, so he could address our concerns. Ryan could understand our hesitancy about paying for yet another leak detection service. He was compassionate yet focused on getting us what we needed. In addition...True Blue's leak detection fee was a fraction of what the other companies charged. Ryan came over (showed up early!) and found several leaks and then discussed the couple of things we had observed. True collaboration! Within an hour we had diagnosis and repair plan and estimate. Simply AMAZING!🎉 We learned through this process that True Blue is often called when other companies can't locate a leak. And also that Ryan trains leak detection specialists. A few days later, Bo, one of True Blue's best specialists came to repair the leaks. He was on time. We received a text ahead of time letting us know he was in his way. All pricing was upfront...no surprises. Bo scheduled to come back the following week for the bigger repairs. He gave us best and worst case scenarios. It turned out we had a best case scenario that led to other leaks. We discussed options, chose one and Bo took care of everything that same day. He also explained many things and now we feel we are ready for anything that may happen with our pool and FOR SURE True Blue will be the company we call! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ When we saw how much work went into repairs, the price seems very reasonable. More than that is peace of mind that this company and the people want the best for you and your pool. Repeatedly both Ryan and Bo made suggestions for cost savings. Felt very trustworthy. Cannot recommend them enough. To walk out and see our garden oasis restored. Pool holding water. Ahhhhhhhhh! DIVINE!

This is really a good company. They are professional, punctual, polite, efficient and with reasonable price. I sincerely recommend it to everyone who needs this service. This is the best pool leak company I've ever used in all my past ten years pool experience.

Wow amazing people and service! Their service and kindness might be the best experience I’ve ever had. When they left our pool/house, my son said “dad I wish we could be friends with them. They went above and beyond while helping me with my pool! And he did a great job on my leak!

Updated to include repair images provided by a better company. *True Blue attempted to convince me that the leak was somewhere else in my pool. Hiring a different company found the source of the leak exactly in my fountain as initially indicated and not in an autofill or elsewhere in my pool. As the True Blue team's reply indicates they simply placed mortar on top of the leak area and did not properly address the broken pipe. Ultimately, a simple issue that was finally repaired by a different company. I do not have any negativity to True Blue Leak Detection. I am simply providing an opinion and photos of my experience. *** They are spotty to respond, but the bigger reasons I would NOT recommend this team to anyone: 1) Came to our home 3 times but could not actually fix my leak. And on the 4th visit the "main tech" came and gave an updated quote FOUR times of the original "promised" price because they said, "we didn't realize your leak was not going to be easy." 2) Felt like I wasted weeks of time in back and forth spotty communication with this company when I could have hired someone who would not 'bait and switch' prices and could fix my pool leak as promised 3) Overall, I lost trust in the quality of this company and any consideration for their "promises" or any sort of "warranty" they might assure you in the future would be an absolute disaster. I would advise anyone searching to PICK a DIFFERENT pool leak company.

We hired True Blue Leak Detection for our pool repair after getting an outrageous quote from someone else. They came out and retested everything and told us that we did not have 3 leaked but one underground break and no skimmers need to be replaced! The young man who came out was thorough and made sure everything was working right. He cleaned up everything and repaired the walkway around the pool. We are grateful for their honesty and reasonable pricing. Quick service and responsive. When the water level is back to normal I will post pictures! Thank you! Now I'm updating my review because we have an older pool with some challenges. This time we did have a bit of a skimmer problem, but True Blue Leak Detection came right out and did some repairs. We may have another leak and the tech told my husband what to look for. Said he would come back if needed. So very helpful and expert service. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

They did not perform the pressure test as their report stated. It wasn't physically possible to put a test on my spa drain but their report stated it had been tested and passed. When confronted about this, the tech just kept stating "I don't know how I tested it". He stated "he didn't know what he did". I would NOT recommend this company. I suggest anyone considering using this company Google their address and true history before letting these people on your property.

We called and the team was able to come out the next day and repair our leak. We hope that’s all we will need, but regardless of the work they did I just want to tell True Blue that I am so very impressed with your customer service! I work for a home services company myself and the way Shelai handled an uncomfortable situation was just top notch. We appreciate her so much. Thank you for being a company with integrity in a time when so many aren’t! I hope we don’t need anything again any time soon, but I will definitely be reaching out to them again if we ever do.

Wow!! I don't normally write reviews but my husband and I were so impressed with the customer service we received. I called regarding a possible leak and they scheduled an appointment within one day! They found the leak and fixed it fast. Thank you!
