At first, a Secure Lot sounded ideal, but then the challenges surfaced. The location on Lazar is Chaotic with cars parked on the narrow road at the Entrance/Exit that made it difficult to get in and out, the Rebar scattered throughout the Drop Lot was a huge concern due to puncturing $1,000 Super Single Tires, and Severe Lack of Maintenance after a massive snow storm that left Trucks stuck in the middle of the Drop Lot blocking other trucks from leaving, trucks getting stuck at the Entrance/Exit Gate… I made multiple attempts to contact the person operating the Drop Lot about getting a Plow to remove the excessive snow - Either that person Lied about getting a Plow to clear snow, or decided to attempt to use a small riding mower with a tiny scraper attachment - Either way, I lost $2500 and ended up shoveling the Drop Lot by hand just to get my equipment out of that place… To me, that is unacceptable and inexcusable! I cancelled my membership!

I love TPC! And Kim is absolutely amazing to work with. Customer service, down to earth, and a great conversationalist. She helped me through my senior moment, and had one with me too! Listen, these people have been out here and they know what we're going through as far as parking. Stop searching for safe haven parking and join TPC, one less thing you know. Who knows, maybe Kim will be the one to put your mind at ease and your truck in a safe haven. Thanks Kim -- Woo-hoo I'm trucking now 😎
