A couple of reasons to have your gutters cleaned annually.
The homeowner said they had massive amounts of water coming over these two sections of gutter when it rained. Upon inspection this is what I found. I see this far too often. Asphalt granules and leaves blocking the exit and shingles in the gutter. The piece of shingle was blocking most of the drain in the pic.
