Needed to install washing machine and dryer. Over the phone call to make the appointment, Dmitry was very transparent about pricing and potential slight cost-up if any additional part was needed. I can also tell he is knowledgeable and knows exactly what he’ll need to do. During the service, he was professional, focused, and finished the job beautifully. He’ll definitely be my go-to technician whenever I have the need of appliance service.

Prior to coming over at my home, great conversation clarified all procedure as needed, very open with his pricing and even more his arrival time very prompt. His work in diagnosing was on point, a part that was needed sure enough you had it on hand as he was suppled with model and serial number prior to him arriving. Without a doubt, Dmitry was one of the best appliance technicians I have ever had. He’s professional, highly capable, reliable and he was a pleasure to have in my home. I had a Sunday emergency with my GE stackable washer. He answered the phone when I called Sunday morning and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. A part needed to be ordered. He came back Monday morning at our scheduled time with the new part and got my washer up and running quickly. I highly recommend him for all your appliance needs.

I hired him to repair my refrigerator, and unfortunately, the experience was very unprofessional. At first, I was quoted a much higher price, but after some back and forth, the price was lowered. Later, I noticed the same problem came back just a couple of weeks after the repair. When I tried to contact the technician, I discovered I had been blocked, which is extremely unprofessional. I had to reach out using another number just to ask about the issue. I was originally told there was a warranty/guarantee (labor and parts), but then the policy suddenly changed, he claimed labor was only covered for 1 month while the part was covered for 3 months. This doesn’t make sense, as both should be consistent under a professional warranty. To make matters worse, instead of honoring the original repair, he tried to charge me again. If it was truly the fan that was broken (as he initially claimed), the issue should not have returned so quickly. And if it was another part causing the issue, a professional should have been able to identify that during the first visit. Overall, I felt misled, ignored, and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this company due to the lack of professionalism.

Wow! Dmitriy responded to my message within the hour, found the replacement part my refrigerator needed and courteously, professionally and cleanly fixed my fridge ! I am very pleased and highly recommend Troubleshooters Appliance Repair… will definitely save his number for the next appliance ! Five stars !!

Dmitry did such a great job! My washing machine was leaking and overfilling. He came out to diagnose it and ordered a new gasket for me. The next morning he came right on time and installed the gasket, which was a bit tricky to install since my laundry room is fairly small. So he had to maneuver a bit. All the while, he kept a pleasant demeanor!! The gasket was difficult to replace, but after it was replaced he went on to diagnose other things and found some things disconnected. He went above and beyond, even cleaning out the standing water under my washer. 10 thumbs up for Dmitry! I would recommend him to anyone! He also repairs GE, Bosch, and Kenmore appliances, and I’m sure many more! Thank you, Dmitry!!

I called Troubleshooter Appliance Repair sight unseen for the urgent repair of my oven heating element. Dmytro’s response was immediate and reassuring. He quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted an extremely reasonable price for the repair, and was available immediately. We scheduled for the next day. He was on time, with the necessary parts and equipment, and the repair was done quickly. In addition, Dmytro professional and affable throughout. I was very impressed. I will definitely call him again and happily recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Dmitri arrived on time and carefully looked over my dishwasher issues. He explained the problem and said he could repair it, but better if I buy a new machine. This advice was great. He’s thoughtful, intelligent & honest. I will call troubleshooters again.

Dmitriy is professional, clean, and friendly. It seems he did a thorough investigation, identified the problem with my washer machine, bought supplies for the solution, then fixed it. The seal looks pretty good to me. $320 total
