Customer in Renton noticed a leak on the floor.
The problem was with his Samsung washer — the door wasn’t sealing properly, and water freely leaked out during the wash cycle.
At first we cleaned drain holes to let water goes to the right direction, then we reassembled the door, sealed it properly, and replaced the worn gasket.
