Needed to install washing machine and dryer. Over the phone call to make the appointment, Dmitry was very transparent about pricing and potential slight cost-up if any additional part was needed. I can also tell he is knowledgeable and knows exactly what he’ll need to do. During the service, he was professional, focused, and finished the job beautifully. He’ll definitely be my go-to technician whenever I have the need of appliance service.

Absolutely a wonderful person that I Meet Dimitri to be. Prior to coming over at my home, great conversation clarified all procedure as needed, very open with his pricing and even more his arrival time very prompt. His work in diagnosing was on point, a part that was needed sure enough you had it on hand as he was suppled with model and serial number prior to him arriving.
Great experience, if need be I would only deal with him only. I will be recommending him to all family and friends and clients as I’m a general contractor.
