🏡 New Gutter Installation on a Piece of Lakeland History!
We’re proud to have recently completed a new gutter installation on this beautiful historic home in Lakeland, Florida — the historic Mosswood home.
Built in 1904 by Norman Riggins, one of Lakeland’s pioneer settlers, this beautiful Queen Anne-style home was originally built for his family on Lake Morton. The home was named Mosswood because of the many moss-draped trees that once surrounded the property.
Mosswood was one of the first homes built in the neighborhood and was moved to its present location at the corner of Mosswood Road and Riggins Street in 1952. It originally stood just east of its current location, facing Lake Morton.
We’re honored to help preserve and protect a piece of Lakeland’s history with a quality gutter system designed to complement this beautiful historic property while providing proper water management.
