Dr Troell did an outstanding job with my co2 laser. The day of the procedure I felt almost nothing. The cream they give you for your face does an amazing job with numbing and I also was able to take a Vicodin and relaxer. The procedure was very little pain and the instructions on how to care for yourself after were thoroughly explained. I was honestly a little surprised how well my face took it. The office staff there are also extremely friendly and make you feel like they’ve been waiting all day to see you when you come in.

I came to Dr. Troell in Las Vegas for a rhinoplasty, and he has truly exceeded my expectations. To start, his staff is AMAZING they are all so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Dr. Troell himself is just as incredible. I was nervous about the surgery, but he set realistic expectations and made the entire process so smooth and easy. At first, I was concerned when I saw my nose due to swelling, but I quickly learned that patience is KEY! Now, three weeks post surgery, I absolutely love the results. Dr. Troell really listened to what I wanted and created a nose that looks completely natural and fits my face perfectly. It's clear that he tailors each nose to the patient, rather than giving everyone the same look. Overall Dr. Troell has been fantastic, and I couldn’t recommend him and his amazing staff enough!

I went to Dr. Troell after getting Botox injections once. I wasn’t really thrilled about my results after my first injections and hesitant to try it again. But thank god for this man! He an amazing job, a true perfectionist. Not only did he make me love myself more, but he also spent the time in educating me in the pre and post care for plastic Surgery.
