BEST MEDSPA IN VEGAS! I recently got a cosmetic rhinoplasty with Dr. Troell here, the absolute best experience from start to finish. You’re welcomed in for an in depth complimentary consultation where you’ll meet Mr. Troell himself and Yessenia who absolutely elevates your experience. Everyone here is attentive, understanding, and supportive. I came in with a lot of anxiety from touring other places prior that left me uneasy and anxious, Dr is great at walking you through the procedure while Yessenia is encouraging and is like a bestfriend to you throughout your whole journey! My surgery, i consider myself one of the luckiest in healing ever! With the support from the staff and Dr. Troells expertise, i was blessed to see the best recovery ever, i was able to do normal activities safely on day 2! A week later i was in LOVE with the results after my cast removal. I’m beyond blessed for this team and how they take care of me!

I have known Dr Troell for many years. I can and have referred him, as well as shared my treatments with many . On a score of 1 to 10, Dr Troell is an 11.... He is so much for his patients, to make sure they are comfortable safe and the results are fabulous. I trust him 100% to take care of me.Photos soon. I cant forget the staff they become like family. Top tier surgical experience for my wife! As a husband i’m more than thankful for a team that understood my wife’s health, wants, and even incorporated me to ensure i was knowledgeable about the rhinoplasty treatment my wife was undergoing. Happy wife happy life, she loved her results! Thank you Yessenia, Dr.Troell and all of the staff ensuring a smooth experience for my wife and taking the absolute best care of her. Fast forward 2 months later, she is in love with her results!

Dr Troell did an outstanding job with my co2 laser. The day of the procedure I felt almost nothing. The cream they give you for your face does an amazing job with numbing and I also was able to take a Vicodin and relaxer. The procedure was very little pain and the instructions on how to care for yourself after were thoroughly explained. I was honestly a little surprised how well my face took it. The office staff there are also extremely friendly and make you feel like they’ve been waiting all day to see you when you come in.

I never write Yelp reviews, but my experience with Troell Cosmetic Surgery & Facial Plastic Clinic truly deserved one. I came to Dr. Troell for two specific services on my neck. We agreed to this both verbally and in writing, and I paid for both. However, after the surgery, I only received one of the services. Even though Dr. Troell later said he thought I “didn’t need it,” it was something I had asked for and expected to receive. Since then, I have reached out multiple times, both directly to Dr. Troell and to his office manager, only to be ignored. At this point, it feels extremely unprofessional, especially considering they’ve already been paid. It gives the impression that this practice values money over patient care and follow-through. For someone who is supposedly “well known” in the cosmetic surgery community, this was beyond disappointing. I would not want anyone else to go through the lack of professionalism and disregard for patients that I experienced here.

Do NOT go for fillers at Aria Medspa which this Dr partly owns. i do not know anything about their other treatments or staff, but I went there for this & got some disheveled Kristin. Judging from the owner's extremely self-righteous responses at every negative review (read the negative), which actually adds insult to injury, i now understand the lack of accountability and entitlement of their employee. Expect a response FULL OF LIES by the owner BECAUSE I RECORDED HER on my phone and told this to Lei later after she looked at my phone screen. They accused other reviewers of being abusive, asking for freebies and other things, to defend the indefensible. When an employee knows they will have to report to someone, they NEVER behave the way this girl did. Take it from a 21 year business owner. I can get into sordid details there but here goes in caps so you don't miss it: WHEN YOU GO TO A MEDSPA AND PAY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BECAUSE YOU WANT TO LOOK GOOD AND FEEL HAPPY; AND LEAVE LOOKING LIKE CRAP AND FEELING REJECTED AND OUTRAGED, WORRIED THAT A SO CALLED NON CERTIFIED NURSE MAY PUNCH YOU BECAUSE SHE CAN'T CONTROL HER EMOTIONS & BAD MOOD, you know this place needs to close ASAP. SHE YELLED AT ME 3 TIMES because she was annoyed that I asked repeatedly, respectfully, for certain clarifications regarding how I like MY lips. Lei had to intervene because she heard her reprimanding me lol. I know it sounds unconscionable but it happened!! I wanted to leave looking like a princess (wishful thinking i know), but ended up like Cinderella after midnight almost in tears but red faced [red emoji]. If a professional, decent owner had watched how she interacted with me, they would have fired her ON THE SPOT. I felt treated like a kid at school as if she were doing me a favor lol! I’ve done this stuff for 10 years going faithfully to the same medspas across 5 states +europe; spent thousands of $$$ on my high maintenance appearance. They just lost a super good customer and lost $2000 TODAY because she ALSO refused to inject me even though Lei had asked her to. Why? Because of her ego. She had to come on top which is such an inappropriate behavior. She didn’t smile not once, rolled her eyes and sighed and kept interrupting me. I felt soooo unwelcome. I don't need to know why, it is not my problem. There are limits YOU DON'T CROSS. It was 4p and this nightmare lasted until 4:39p when this half hour could’ve been used on injecting and making money...especially that Lei told me "the schedule is wiiiiiiide open sunday" and they had zero customers (no wonder). How do you like it now??? Multiple negative reviews and lost opportunity. Absolutely shameful. If at least she had tried to inject me later to fix things, I would’ve returned to try Evelysse also. Everyone deserves a second chance but she lost that opportunity too. Even on the phone when I was lost in this hotel and delayed 20min FOR WHICH I APOLOGIZED, her tone on the phone was incredibly rude. A bit like you would treat a beggar who wouldn’t leave you alone. I still can’t get over this absolutely strange experience.

I came to Dr. Troell in Las Vegas for a rhinoplasty, and he has truly exceeded my expectations. To start, his staff is AMAZING they are all so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Dr. Troell himself is just as incredible. I was nervous about the surgery, but he set realistic expectations and made the entire process so smooth and easy. At first, I was concerned when I saw my nose due to swelling, but I quickly learned that patience is KEY! Now, three weeks post surgery, I absolutely love the results. Dr. Troell really listened to what I wanted and created a nose that looks completely natural and fits my face perfectly. It's clear that he tailors each nose to the patient, rather than giving everyone the same look. Overall Dr. Troell has been fantastic, and I couldn’t recommend him and his amazing staff enough!

He is an amazing Cosmetic surgeon & injector. He will talk through all procedures thoroughly and shares all his knowledge with you. No hard sell. Which I appreciate.

I went to Dr. Troell after getting Botox injections once. I wasn’t really thrilled about my results after my first injections and hesitant to try it again. But thank god for this man! He an amazing job, a true perfectionist. Not only did he make me love myself more, but he also spent the time in educating me in the pre and post care for plastic Surgery. I don’t live in Nevada but I promise I’m not letting anyone else touch my face, I will be flying back when I need a touch up. Definitely blessed I found him. Highly recommended!
