Do NOT go for fillers at Aria Medspa which this Dr partly owns. i do not know anything about their other treatments or staff, but I went there for this & got some disheveled Kristin. Judging from the owner's extremely self-righteous responses at every negative review (read the negative), which actually adds insult to injury, i now understand the lack of accountability and entitlement of their employee. Expect a response FULL OF LIES by the owner BECAUSE I RECORDED HER on my phone and told this to Lei later after she looked at my phone screen. They accused other reviewers of being abusive, asking for freebies and other things, to defend the indefensible. When an employee knows they will have to report to someone, they NEVER behave the way this girl did. Take it from a 21 year business owner. I can get into sordid details there but here goes in caps so you don't miss it: WHEN YOU GO TO A MEDSPA AND PAY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BECAUSE YOU WANT TO LOOK GOOD AND FEEL HAPPY; AND LEAVE LOOKING LIKE CRAP AND FEELING REJECTED AND OUTRAGED, WORRIED THAT A SO CALLED NON CERTIFIED NURSE MAY PUNCH YOU BECAUSE SHE CAN'T CONTROL HER EMOTIONS & BAD MOOD, you know this place needs to close ASAP. SHE YELLED AT ME 3 TIMES because she was annoyed that I asked repeatedly, respectfully, for certain clarifications regarding how I like MY lips. Lei had to intervene because she heard her reprimanding me lol. I know it sounds unconscionable but it happened!! I wanted to leave looking like a princess (wishful thinking i know), but ended up like Cinderella after midnight almost in tears but red faced [red emoji]. If a professional, decent owner had watched how she interacted with me, they would have fired her ON THE SPOT. I felt treated like a kid at school as if she were doing me a favor lol! I’ve done this stuff for 10 years going faithfully to the same medspas across 5 states +europe; spent thousands of $$$ on my high maintenance appearance. They just lost a super good customer and lost $2000 TODAY because she ALSO refused to inject me even though Lei had asked her to. Why? Because of her ego. She had to come on top which is such an inappropriate behavior. She didn’t smile not once, rolled her eyes and sighed and kept interrupting me. I felt soooo unwelcome. I don't need to know why, it is not my problem. There are limits YOU DON'T CROSS. It was 4p and this nightmare lasted until 4:39p when this half hour could’ve been used on injecting and making money...especially that Lei told me "the schedule is wiiiiiiide open sunday" and they had zero customers (no wonder). How do you like it now??? Multiple negative reviews and lost opportunity. Absolutely shameful. If at least she had tried to inject me later to fix things, I would’ve returned to try Evelysse also. Everyone deserves a second chance but she lost that opportunity too. Even on the phone when I was lost in this hotel and delayed 20min FOR WHICH I APOLOGIZED, her tone on the phone was incredibly rude. A bit like you would treat a beggar who wouldn’t leave you alone. I still can’t get over this absolutely strange experience.
