I came to Dr. Troell in Las Vegas for a rhinoplasty, and he has truly exceeded my expectations. To start, his staff is AMAZING – they are all so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Dr. Troell himself is just as incredible. I was nervous about the surgery, but he set realistic expectations and made the entire process so smooth and easy.
At first, I was concerned when I saw my nose due to swelling, but I quickly learned that patience is KEY! Now, three weeks post-surgery, I absolutely love the results. Dr. Troell really listened to what I wanted and created a nose that looks completely natural and fits my face perfectly. It's clear that he tailors each nose to the patient, rather than giving everyone the same look.
Overall, Dr. Troell has been fantastic, and I couldn’t recommend him and his amazing staff enough!

He takes the time to explain everything to you as well as helps you decide which procedure is right for you. .This week, I came back to Dr. Robert Troell’s office in Las Vegas, Nevada for a facelift. He told me honestly that I didn’t need it at this time, but suggested I consider some non-invasive treatments to help “pause” the signs of aging. There was absolutely no pressure—just genuine advice. He had me speak with his nurse, who walked me through the available options, and I actually started my treatments that same day.
I’m so happy with his honesty and thoughtful recommendations. I’ve known Dr. Troell for years and completely trust him. I will never go to another plastic surgeon. I drove all the way from AZ just to see him in Las Vegas. Yes, it’s a long drive, but it’s 100% worth it.
His team is incredibly caring, welcoming, and professional—they truly make me feel like part of the family. And the best part? I’m already seeing results just one week later. I’m so grateful!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Exceptional everything. Exemplary customer service! Amazing selection of products and services! I've been to a number of places for Botox, fillers and even plastic surgery services and I finally found my HOME! No need to go anywhere else in Vegas, ever again. So happy with the results and the price is spot on! So so happy!
