These guys are fantastic! Tim was so knowledgeable and patient in helping me decide what I needed for my shop. My first order arrived with a minor issue on the surface of the counter, but they swapped it out without any complaint. The quality and craftsmanship of the pieces are wonderful. And the staff—just great, good humoured and accommodating.

BEWARE. Purchased a solid oak table in Aug. It has been back a number of times for mismatch of colours and general finish/protection. They ended up making another table, just been delivered & back to square one again. Quite simply the finish is poor, very dry and rough to the touch. As soon anything remotely wet touches it i.e. food or liquid it soaks in and permanently marks the table. Despite them telling me its protected with Osmo Oil. I have now given up trying to deal with TRL as clearly their quality expectations are a lot lower than ours..Next step is we have a french polisher booked to address and resolve the issues TRL cannot. A few email quotes from the owner of TRL, this sums up his attitude to customers !! All I want is what I paid for a £1620 oak dinning table that is fit for purpose 'Customer or not, you’re in the wrong for setting us up to fail. That is not acceptable in my book' 'Regarding droplets on your table, I must advise and stress that placemats must be used on any wooden table' 'I can’t win with you Steve you’ve clearly got it in for us and we couldn’t win either way' Note - Below image is the original table we had. Great if you want a mismatch of colours. Which I was quote/told is a stunning oak table !!

From the first visit to the workshop where they listened to everything we wanted, to the delivery of our gorgeous bespoke solid oak table, every moment has been exceptional. The whole team at TRL are friendly, professional and so talented. Nothing was too much trouble, everything we asked for they made possible. Bespoke spider legs made on site to hold a fabulous 3.3 metre table, the natural beauty of the wood glowing from the care, consideration and respect it has been given during every step creating the finished product. The table was delivered and installed, time taken to ensure precision and perfection. The table has now taken pride of place in a room designed for decades of family and friends to bring to the table. Not just a table, a beautiful piece of furniture where memories will be made. Ordered some shelves from TRL last week and I'm really impressed so far. The installation process was straightforward the team came and delivered them and help put them together. They look amazing in my space and feel very sturdy - I've got them loaded up with books and they're holding strong. The build quality seems solid. Very happy with my purchase after the first week of use.

Start to finish Tim was brilliant and provided excellent customer service. My dining table arrived yesterday and it’s absolutely perfect, I love it. Design and quality is first class and would definitely recommend

Purchased a breakfast bar communication was perfect and the lads who delivered and built it up for us were polite and courteous no problems at all and the product is top quality..

All the team at TRL are so helpful - I can’t recommend them enough. I had bespoke furniture made for my home (a breakfast bar and a draining table with bench) - they helped me pick out the correct colour of wood to compliment my room and they advised on what dimensions to go for as well as installing the pieces with fast delivery. I love my pieces from TRL - it’s all so well made and they fit so well in my kitchen/dining room. Worth every penny!

TRL Furniture have had a long Customer journey with me as my new house build has been subject to months of delays from the developers side. However, the TRL team and I have kept in touch throughout, I’ve finally just moved in and my new extendable dining room table and (breakfast) bar were delivered and assembled by Ben today. I’m absolutely delighted with the result and they look amazing in situ! Timely and friendly customer service throughout from Tim and the team too. I’m about to place another order for a new home office desk and other items too. Very happy!

We use TRL for our property business in doing long industrial tables for our indoor market area, we have used them for our office desks and we also have begun using them in our department stores for staging as well as using them in our restaurants in store. We basically cannot recommend them enough. Love the look and feel of their furniture. I’ve even bought a breakfast bar for my own place! Basically- they are the best. I’ve made the mistake of spending money on well known brands before and the quality has just not been there. Their stuff is sturdy, well made, wears really well and has that raw industrial feel. The team are also super helpful! Sparkling 5 stars.
