We just want to thank you TRIS for all your help. We've worked with many IT guys over the years, and you are hands down the best. You are like Dr. Doolittle for computers! Our system is very complicated and had been installed by someone else, but Barebones was able to "deconstruct it" to "reconstruct it" with very little downtime (always willing to work around our schedule!) to enhance the performance of the system and make it much easier for them to service and for us to maintain. I came in today to get my PC fixed. Unfortunately Chris could not make it work but he was a huge help! 5 stars for the help I requested and he was very friendly!

Tris has been our Technical Support provider for several years and they have done nothing but meet and exceed our expectations. Josh and his team also performed our entire Server/Buidling wiring installation in our new construction 26,000 sq ft facility which included WiFi throuout the entire property for use with our inventory systems in place which he also implemented and imported the data for. They also set up our training rooms and are used on a daily basis for technical support. I definety recommend that you give this company a chance and at the least you could let them look at your current IT system and give a recommendation!
