Poor communication and accountability.
Howard, the owner of Triple J Cleaners, talks a lot about faith and integrity, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t reflect those values. Communication was inconsistent, and when issues arose, rather than addressing them directly, he often deflected or hid behind faith-based talk instead of resolving the problem. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of follow-through. I would advise anyone working with him to set very clear expectations up front and get everything in writing.
