To start, our 40 year old HVAC system randomly shut down on us in the hottest day in August. Being that the system was so old, all the HVAC contractors we talked to did not care to do any repair and pushed us to replace, even if we understood that it was going to be a temporary fix. James was only person who came in and reassured us that yes, he would able to do a repair with the understanding that the unit will need to be eventually replaced. He worked diligently to repair and even cleaned the unit for us, something that none of the other HVAC companies even offered. In terms of pricing, they were the absolute best in offering the most competitive pricing for both a repair and whole unit replacement. I will definitely be recommending them to my OC friends and family.
