Shawn installed my new Pentair chlorinator, replacing a unit that had failed and was leaking badly. Shawn installed and completely checked out the new unit, ensured that all fittings were secured with no leaking, and then took me on a tour of the new unit to explain its operation. Just head and shoulders above the service level I have received from other pool companies in my area. Shawn was professional, responsive, accommodating, and courteous. All of this at a great price. I highly recommend Trident Pool Solutions and will be using them for any pool construction, maintenance, or service that I may need in the future.

Update: It came out better than I imagined. As with any project, there were hiccups along the way, but Trident worked with us to make sure it was exactly how we wanted. I now have a resort in my back yard. ♥️. They have also have been maintaining/servicing our pool for the past 3 months and Kellen our service technician is doing a great job! Love the design they created for my pool and spa. In the middle of the project… will update with final review.

Dionte Pew takes wonderful care servicing my pool. He ensures it’s clean, chemically balanced, and looks beautiful. He goes above and beyond by cleaning all filters and vacuums thoroughly.

Shaun and crew installed our dream design pool. They made every effort to accommodate us along the way with some unforeseen challenges. End result is a beautiful pool for years of enjoyment.

From their custom design service, to the pool installation, as well as weekly maintenance, we couldn’t be happier. Trident does a great job . They monitor all aspects of my pool system and let me know promptly if repairs are needed . I have found them to be very dependable and fair . I have used other services but Trident has not ever let me down . My pool stays ready to use and pristine at all times .
