Good morning. I was doing laundry when i discovered my washer machine was flooding my laundry room and not turning off. I called the store i bought it from and they had no one available for 2 weeks. I was recommended Tricorn Appliance Repair by a friend. I called and was able to get same day service. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Repaired the washer machine and verified the repair was complete with me. Past repairmen would replace parts and run. They wouldn't verify the repair with me. Said to call them back if the problem returned. I'm going to use Tricorn Appliance Repair for all my future home appliance repair needs.

My dishwasher was leaking at the bottom of the front door and I found Tricorn Appliance repair through Nextdoor. Derek came to my house the day after I called him and fixed the problem in short order. I was impressed with his knowledge. I highly recommend Tricorn for appliance repair.

This is the second time I used Tricorn and they were unable to fix my washer or dryer. Yet, they still charged me the $100 “diagnostic fee”. Don’t waste your money. They most likely won’t be able to fix the problem anyways. Charging $100 for doing absolutely nothing is a very unethical business strategy. Do not recommend.
