Our company needed our phone system installed. I contacted Max at Triangle Tech and within days we had an appt. Within hours of arriving at our office, Max had everything up and running and was showing us the capabilities of the system and how to manage them. He was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Triangle Tech Support for all your IT and phone system needs.

Max really knows what he is doing. He came into our office...we pointed to the modem (we think it was the modem) the phone lines, handed him a big box of phones and gave him our spectrum login and password and left him to it. A couple of hours later we had a fully functioning phone system in our office. He explained how everything worked and went above and beyond. We are a hot mess and he never flinched.

We have had absolutely no problems with Max. He knows his stuff and is quick to get to the root of the problem! We've had problems with our office phones and internet where we had to call on him to help us last minute, and he was very quick to get to us and fix the issue. He goes over troubleshooting solutions and lets us know how we can prevent these problems in the future, instead of leaving us in the dark. We really appreciate him and recommend anyone looking for a Go-to IT guy to use Triangle Tech Support!!

I cannot say enough about Triangle Tech support! Max is reliable, gets back to me right away and as for many of us working via computer, this is our lifeline. Max and his team deliver excellent prompt service. He has fixed our Teams issue, so we now have access to the shared folders we need with the appropriate permissions. We use and depend on TTS.
