Aj and his team did an excellent job to replace our 21 year old hot water heater with a power exhaust. I called numerous "family owned" plumbers in the area and they had AI phone agents or overseas call centers answering the phone. Called tri-state and got through to AJ right away. He quoted me the best price in the area and even made an effort to get me in ASAP because he heard my son in the background and didnt want us without hot water in November. Next day they were in and out within an hour. 2 weeks later and its still working great! Cant say enough good things about my experience with them.

I live in Fremont Indiana and I contacted them about putting a new system in my house when I bought it. They scheduled to put it in the day after I closed on my house. They put a new furnace and AC unit in my house and the work they did was amazing everything was done right and you couldn't tell they did anything at all. They are very respectful of your house and cleaned up when they was done. I would highly recommend tri-state heating and cooling to everyone. Trust me you will be happy.

AJ and his company came to our house and put a new furnace and a/c unit in for us. They were on time and very professional about the work that they done. They cleaned up after there self's.
