Great experience...they had other patients but I was seen pretty quickly. They addressed my issues and got me feeling better the next day with medicine they prescribed. Will definitely visit again when in need

I visited this facility twice in the past two weeks and was delighted with the quality of care delivered by Alex and the rest of the staff each time. I was seen very quickly and the examinations were extremely thorough, professional, thoughtful, and complete with a follow up call. I couldn’t have been more impressed with my care by all the staff and particularly by Alex.

I walked in with a deep laceration on my finger 30 mins prior to close. I was told I could not be helped because they had other patients! I was shocked at this response, especially since the parking lot was pretty empty and you just want to think that people will be there for you especially when you need care from medical professionals and within business hours. Seriously disappointing and would never recommend after this experience.

Awesome… Alex was very personable & professional… took care of my stitches on my thumb which I thought I could get away with not having… but she had my care in mind… from check in to being let go… very modern and top notch urgent care… highly recommend… even gave me an eagles green bandage…they also have Phoenixville purple as well!!

Ladies are great at front desk. In and out in timely matter. Dr. Bass is great and very thorough!!

Really great experience!! Walked right in was very polite and started running my info and got me into a room within minutes. Was super helpful and caring of me. My pharmacy was already confirming my prescriptions before the appointment was completed

Dr Bass takes his time to explain the process, how medication works in your body and answers any questions you may have. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and professional.
