We tackled a plumbing issue involving the old laundry box behind the washer and dryer. After carefully removing the laundry box, we cut into the drain and hot and cold water lines, replacing the outdated components with a new box featuring modern 1/4 turn hose bibs. Additionally, we replaced the old gate valve after the meter with a ball valve for better reliability. An access panel was added below the unit when possible, recognizing that drywall repairs may be necessary afterward.
