I was really looking forward to trying this spot after a friend’s recommendation, but unfortunately my experience didn’t live up to the hype. I placed a to-go order for my wife and myself, and right away there was a mix-up — I had requested garlic mash with my pot roast but was given rice instead. The rice itself was hard, and both the mac and cheese and pot roast were overly salty, which made the meal underwhelming. The highlights were definitely the cornbread and the sweet potatoes — those were excellent and the best part of the order. Overall, I left disappointed since I went out of my way to try this place and had high hopes. I may come back and give something else on the menu a try, but this first visit was not what I expected.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT‼️ VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BLACK MALE‼️I live over 30 minutes from this so called business and placed an order a little after 10:30 seeing as this place closes at 12am. Mind you I’ve frequented this same building in the past and my orders would be ready within 10-15 minutes from different restaurants. So I get to the building around 11:15 waited and waited for my order to change from pending to ready(my order said the pickup time would be 11:10pm) so 15 minutes before their advertised closing time of 12 am I called and after 2 rings the guy picked up then hung up and then I called back and was forwarded to voicemail. I could have simply been told that my order would have to be cancel or receive a message from this “business” or anything but I receive no type of communication about my order just a pending order status on their page. You have TO DO better if you want continued support from your community because it is UNACCEPTABLE and there is no fake sympathy response that you can put on here to showcase your actions. The screenshot shows the current time of 1:11 am showing that my order is still pending smdh 👎🏽 🚮
