Trent's Towing

My experience with Trent's Towing was excellent. Trent was communicative, on time, and very helpful. He' s got skills, too Thanks for helping me get out of a jam!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️10/10 service. Pulled up in under an hour, had my car hooked in 5 minutes, and dropped it off safely. Super friendly and reliable—def recommend!

Quick response despite being slammed busy (I couldn’t believe how many calls he received while we were in the truck despite unseasonably great driving conditions). He is cautious with your vehicle and safe, while being efficient! He can do longer, specialty haul routes if timing is flexible to enable him to fill up a slow day, yet will probably still beat other’s timing anyway!

Very easy to work with. Good people, and they do good work! Ill use them again in the future, and also would recommend them to anyone in the area!

The overall actual tow was amazing. The guy was quick, efficient, nice, knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel ‘stupid’. He gave a 45 minute arrival time frame and he did arrive in that time frame. but when I found out/realized not only did they double the pricing to winch the vehicle up an icy driveway on a hill $206!!! But then I also found out/realized when he went to leave, it’s like a smaller one man/family towing company. Trent is the one who came to do the job, there’s no WAY it cost $206 to winch my vehicle off an icy driveway not even in a ditch , on a hill the 15-20ft up to the main road. do I think it’s right to double the price because it’s a bad morning weather wise and you know it? Absolutely not. Did the guy do a good job at the actual ‘job’ ? Yes, and efficiently as well. But would I recommend calling? Nah, not if that’s the way the presumably owner of the company (what’s the likelihood Trent’s towing has both the owner named Trent AND a driver with the same name) decides is a good business practice: jacking the price up because he can weather wise. I just left from doing business with Trent feeling taken advantage of, overcharged, and kinda disappointed. I digress tho.

Called to schedule a tow, communication was very quick and easy, showed up right on time, fairly cheap compared to other companies. 10/10 great experience will call every time I need a tow in the future

I had just hit a deer and Denzel an employee of Trent's Towing came and towed my truck. Not only did he provide me with quick and efficient service but he also helped me reload my new truck. Denzel went beyond the call of duty. Thank you Trent's Towing for allowing me to meet a great caring human being.

Trent's towing is an excellent place to do business with. The driver was a true professional, the kind of guy you would want to respond when you are stranded along side of the road. There response time was also excellent.

Quick friendly service driver was friendly and awesome answered my call the first time and had service out to get my car out from being stuck in the snow bank ! Only negative was a little overpriced in my opinion for a quick 5 minute easy pull out but would use again!
