Stryder and his employees have helped me more than once. I had trees come down with a bad wind storm I text him and he was here within a day. They’re all very professional and do an amazing job. Their prices are very competitive. This is one of 4 trees. Thank you Stryder and boys 😊

From start to finish, their communication was clear, their team was punctual, and the quality of their work was top-notch. They handled our tree removal efficiently and safely. You can tell they care about doing the job right—the crew was respectful of my property and cleaned up thoroughly once the work was done. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and honest they were. They explained the process, offered fair pricing, and didn’t try to push unnecessary services. They also were quick to answer any questions i had. If you're looking for trustworthy, skilled professionals, Hartley Tree Care is the way to go. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

The good: they responded quickly, got the job done at a reasonable time, and the price overall seemed very competitive. They also communicated well and helped get things I needed to send to my mortgage company. The bad: They had to take down part of my fence to get into my yard. I paid extra for them to put it back up. It was not in nearly the same state when they finished as it was when they took it down. It was heavily leaning with a broken post once it was finished. I would recommend them as a tree service but I would not recommend paying the extra for the fence if they need to take it down. I also did not like that I got hit with an extra 37.50 for using a credit card to pay that I don't think was communicated clearly enough, but I'll admit maybe I just wasn't looking closely enough at that. Update: They came out and fixed the fence so it looks great! I appreciate the owner reaching out and being willing to deal with my issue.

Tree B Gone was by far the best tree service I have ever experienced. They came, gave us a fair estimate, safely removed the tree (it was leaning towards my house) and then completely removed all evidence of the tree (leaves, branches, trunk pieces and the stump!!!!!!) They brought in a stump grinder machine to completely remove it. Then they cleaned up all the sidewalks and blew away all the debris from the yard. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend them! I have used them twice. What really stood out to me was how clean they left my yard after the work was done and their pricing is good. I appreciated that they actually came out in person to give a quote based on the actual size and difficulty of the location of the tree instead of just guessing over the phone. Great service all around!

So happy with the work that these guys did! We have a huge tree removed and grinded down, everything was left clean and a job well done! Very easy to work with and the price was right! So happy!

I could not recommend Kyler and Stryder with any stronger praise. Their crew came out on time, protected themselves and our house, they were extremely thorough, cleaned up after the removal and grinding and we will have them trim / remove some trees at our cabin in Murphys Hot Springs. They were reasonable with the quote. Would recommend Tree B Gone very much.

I had the pleasure of working with Stryder. He was prompt in replying back to me. Very polite and honest about the work that needed to be done. Even though I was at a distance and never got to talk with him in person he worked with me and made a stressful situation so much better. Highly recommended Tree B Gone!
