I don't want to harm anybody but the manager here was a scam. He sold me a used part of the fridge which is defrost timer that I bought from them. Because my fridge was suddenly not working that day. I asked if they have that part he said yes, and when he came back from their storage room. I asked the manager why the packaging of the part was already opened he told me he was just checking if my parts are the same ( because that time I brought my defrost timer that was not working). Then, because of my eagerness to buy that part, I bought it for $75, eventhough I'm suspicious about that and some of the parts of that defrost timer was obviously used, but I still give a shot. Then, when I tested it in my fridge that part that I bought from them was not working and my friend who is an experience technician told me, that defrost timer that I bought from them was already used. I run to their shop and bring back that part. Luckily, they still refunded my money. I don't want to do this but please next time don't do that to your customer specially when they don't have any idea how to fix their appliances.

Called last minute needing a deep freeze, by the time I got there the guys had the box at the loading bay door and had it loaded right away. In and out the door and on the road in 10 minutes with great service. Will be returning in the future and highly recommend!
