Great one stop, effortless experience updating immunizations and ensuring we understood what medications are recommended for our trip to Africa. The Clinic is professionally run and everything was ready for us when we went in after the online consultation. The staff, both online and in person, were lovely and made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I had TB skin test and it was a really quick procedure. The place is easy to find and very clean! The nurse is so friendly and approachable that I wasn’t worried about the test.

TravelVAX has been great. The nurse who helped me was kind and professional. As someone who hates needles, I appreciated how quickly they were able to administer the vaccinations, as well as make sure I was feeling OK before leaving the office.

Parking is the pits have to pay $2.50 for 2 hrs even though its under 1/2 hr appt. Arrived to a note on the door saying person was doing a consult …. Waited in a heat wave hall way .. the door opened .. she was surprised to see me and said “ your really really early” .. is 15 mins to early for a appt . I said okay .. she did end her consult and i was able to step in early. That was fine … then when it came to booking the reading of the test the only time left was 6:15pm 2 days later …. So not many options. However she did block a thursday time off which ended up working out better.

Very convenient to use this service. Lots of parking, both free parking outside and pay parking under the building. Elevator to get to their floor. Easy online booking.
