I had an outstanding experience shipping with this company. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. The staff, especially Ancha and Abdul, were exceptional—very polite, attentive, and quick to respond to my questions. They guided me through the entire process with patience and made sure I felt confident about my package. I had my vendor send the item to them, and my package was shipped via DHL Express. It arrived in just two working days, which exceeded my expectations. The packaging was secure, and the overall service was truly top-notch. I sincerely appreciate their reliability, efficiency, and exceptional customer care. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this company to others!

Absolutely terrible service. This company was supposed to ship 15 packages to Belgium and since then… complete silence. No updates, no tracking information, no responses — nothing. It’s like the packages (and customer service) just disappeared. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for such an important shipment. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this company. If you care about your shipments, take your business elsewhere.

AVOIDDDD DO NOT SHIP with THIS COMPANY ALMOST 2 MONTHS I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL!!!! SINCE 28TH OF JANUARY this what they have done to me I used to be a LOYAL CUSTOMER 3 YEARS with them but they have pass my limit, I prepared all my orders in time start to drop off my first stock the 28th January today 5th March still have not received anything, they did not even give me a tracking number, I just received it one last friday LIES ON LIES NO REPLY TO MESSAGE IGNORING ME and thinking they have RIGHT ON MY STOCK that I own, AND NO UPDATE. on top of that they have even lost a parcel in the past and have balance to repay my lost parcel , I’ ve been very patient but this has pass any limit, here in the UK people businesses have customer service and are accountable of the shipment, this company instead will show you disrespect, will not respond to your calls, or respond when you send someone to their place lying saying they will give you a tracking number and they will never give it to you can you imagine waiting for your stock almost 2 months and saying your stock is in the Uk for over 3 weeks. I even told them few weeks ago give me back my stock so I can ship it to with another company they refuse saying the items already left. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE especially to a good customer like me I always pay never created any problem been very understanding even when my parcel got lost. THE AUDACITY OF THE OWNER ABDUL AND ALL THE TEAM is crazy I could have saved my shipment if they would have been honest since the beginning and admit my stock was stuck in DUBAI butTHEY DON’T HAVE ACCOUNTABILITY, I don’t know if in Dubai the law is different that’s why they have the courage to act like this but as soon as the situation will finish I will go DUBAI and they will give me back my stock or compensate me. BECAUSE ENOUGHT IS ENOUGH I ATTACH ALL THE SCREENSHOT also I needed up trying another reliable company last week for my last stock ready in DUBAI AS I DID NOT WANTED TO GIVE IT TO THEM AND WISH WHAT IN 5 DAYS I RECEIVE MY CARGO SO THE PROBLEM IS THEM NOT THE CARGO IN DUBAI THEY TAKE YOUR ITEM AND THEY KEEP IT IN THEIR SHOP FOR NO REASON AS THEY ARE UNABLE TO SEND IT!!!!!!

Here are the facts: • Difficult to obtain tracking numbers • No response to repeated calls and messages • Had to send someone physically to their office • Temporary response only while someone was present • No communication again afterward • Parcels blocked for a month This level of service is unacceptable for a transport company. Customers deserve updates, transparency, and professionalism. Unfortunately, none of these were provided in my case.

If you want to be scammed, stop receiving responses, have a one-month delay instead of the usual 15 days, and get constant excuses and lies, you're in the right place. Catastrophic experience, no communication from them, they dodge messages as much as possible and reply one time out of five telling you to wait. You are the worst company in Dubai and you are destroying the businesses of hundreds of people because of your lack of seriousness! Avoid them if you don't want to give yourself a headache.

I dropped off a package with the carrier TRANSPOVO EXPRESS CARGO LLC on January 15, 2025. The package was lost, and the carrier did not uphold my rights as required by the terms and conditions; I was able to exchange information several times, and the manager confirmed to me that I would be reimbursed in August. It has been 7 months that I have been waiting, but nothing has happened. He has blocked me on all communication channels and left me alone facing a loss of 12,500 AED. I would like this gentleman to be held accountable and to agree to reimburse the amount of my loss in full. I am available for any further discussions. Here are the contacts of the two people who scammed me: Abdul VAJID and Mr AZAR. Both individuals work at TRANSPOVO in NAIF.
