I had an outstanding experience shipping with this company. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. The staff, especially Ancha and Abdul, were exceptional—very polite, attentive, and quick to respond to my questions. They guided me through the entire process with patience and made sure I felt confident about my package. I had my vendor send the item to them, and my package was shipped via DHL Express. It arrived in just two working days, which exceeded my expectations. The packaging was secure, and the overall service was truly top-notch. Absolutely terrible service. This company was supposed to ship 15 packages to Belgium and since then… complete silence. No updates, no tracking information, no responses — nothing. It’s like the packages (and customer service) just disappeared. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for such an important shipment. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this company. If you care about your shipments, take your business elsewhere.
