If your looking for a great snow removal company know one in town can best Transformations. Our strata in the past had used other providers which we feel took advantage of the contract when it comes to salting and repeated salting night after night for no reason. Transformations has been nothing but spot on as far as covering our complex for safety and keeping us under budget. Highly recommended

I recently moved into a new home in Sardis. The backyard was finished in gravel as I requested but there was a slope after the gravel was laid down that made it look unfinished. Transformations Landscaping came up with the solution of an Allen Block wall to make it into a two-level backyard. Their team of Glen and Blake took on the job of putting it in. Glen's attention to detail resulted in an excellent finished job. I couldn't be happier with the end result achieved by this hard-working team!

We’re extremely disappointed with this company’s lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service. They began work on our condo unit without advance notice, receiving an email notification after the work was already started. As we had valuable plants in our yard, we quickly worked to remove and save them. We spoke with the crew & strata, told them we would be moving the remaining couple plants the next morning — they told us that wasn’t a problem and they gave no indication that this would be an issue. When we returned just a few hours later, they had dug out and thrown away our expensive banana trees and other plants. When we tried to address it, the crew told us not to speak to them about it and took no responsibility. To make matters worse, there has been no effort or apology from them to make the situation right.

The entire team at Transformations was amazing from the consultation, the design and the landscaping team...everyone was professional, great at communicating and making sure we were happy with the outcome. We had our front yard turned into a river-inspired garden bed and we absolutely love it! Special thanks to Glen & his team for going above and beyond on an extremely hot day! Highly recommend!
