Katinka’s group coaching is a safe and well-held space. Sitting in circle with others offers a powerful mirror — both receiving and being one for others. Being fully witnessed in a group setting helped me trust my own experience more. Witnessing the journey of the other group members, and being reminded that we are all having a deeply human experience, was both grounding and rewarding. Katinka facilitates with calm, integrity and clarity, allowing depth without pressure. I left the group with more self-trust, better self-regulation and a clearer sense of what is actually mine to carry. I would highly recommend this work to anyone looking for grounded, thoughtful group coaching.

Working with Katinka was truly the best decision I ever made. She helped me reconnect with myself and my inner wisdom, allowing me to make decisions from my purest essence. I came to her feeling completely lost, and in just one session, she achieved what had taken me months in therapy: helping me realise what my soul truly desired. I felt stuck in different parts of my life. I have tried several treatments before, but none of them really helped in the longterm. That is when I reached out to Katinka as a life coach. We met on a Yoga Retreat in 2021. Back then I already liked her energy. Katinka is a very kind and empathetic person. I felt comfortable right away. What I like most about Katinka's coaching was that she really addressed my needs and problems individually and used different methods to address those. We created a vision in the beginning for the next six months. Most of the points have already come true. I'm still impressed by the progress I have made and I don't think this would have been possible without her support during this time. The coaching helped me to listen more to my inner voice, to tune into my body wisdom, to strengthen my intuition and to make decisions from this point.

My soul was searching for something different after years of no results therapy. I came across Katinka’s website and saw an inspiration. It was in her appearance, flowing dress she had on, dancing flawlessly in the tall grass, bare feet. Little did I know then that it was the image I wished for myself. In the year I spent coaching with Katinka, she helped me to embrace that image for myself, the beautiful goddess of womanhood. At our last session, Katinka said that I have inspired her with my journey and just as she was an inspiration to me from the beginning, my only wish is to extend that inspiration to others in my future endeavours of working with women and children.

Working with Katinka was so magical, I felt so seen and heard. She gave me truly life changing advice and insights and I am forever grateful for this experience. If I had to sum up my sessions with Katinka in one sentence it would be... an eye-opening and life-changing experience! It would have taken me years to get to the root of the issues I've been facing, but with Katinka's help, I was able to understand it clearly and straightaway. Sometimes it feels scary deep-diving into why I lack confidence or why I don't feel good enough. With Katinka guiding me along the way I felt safe and comfortable. She felt like a life-long friend I could trust and rely on. She has something about her that feels, dare I say... magical! Her practical tips are astounding; it almost became a hobby to do personal development! I just can't wait to see what the future holds. Katinka’s sound journeys are amazing! She adds her amazing voice to the sessions in addition to the instruments. Definitely a true journey that takes you to another place and provides exactly what you need! Couldn’t recommend more!

I've just completed 6 month coaching sessions with Katinka and I am so happy she came into my life. She has help me navigate one of the most difficult emotional moments in my life and she did that with such a gentle yet "can do" approach. We also came together with a daily schedule that is now very pretty much established and this helps me on my day to day to stay focused and grounded. She's taught me the tools to use to listen to myself and make the best decisions that work for me. She's also very diligent and love her round-up after every session, but my favourite part are the guided meditations (she calls them centering exercise) where so much has come out, so much valuable information. Like most amazing experiences in my life, I found Katinka by absolute chance one day. I was at a major down point with a long term failed relationship, a total lack of identity (among many other things)! Katinka was kind enough to take me on as a client.
