Extremely disappointing experience. I booked transportation with this company and clearly specified in writing the size of vehicle we required. Despite that, they showed up with an unsuitable vehicle that did not meet our needs. When I showed the driver the email confirming the request, he responded, “That’s not my problem—if you don’t want the Sprinter, I’ll leave.” Not only was this dismissive and unprofessional, it was downright rude. To make things worse, the company has completely ignored my follow-up messages requesting a refund of the €40 deposit we paid in good faith. Avoid this company unless you’re okay with unreliable service, poor communication, and zero accountability. I regret trusting them and hope others don’t make the same mistake.

Exceptional service for our transfer to the ski slopes. Booking online was quick and easy, and we received timely confirmations. The driver arrived on time, and the vehicle was in top-notch condition. A fantastic service that I would recommend to anyone traveling to ski destinations.
