Transfer Relax

I reached out to Giuseppe about a month before my trip to arrange a private transfer from Naples Centrale Train Station to our hotel in Sorrento. He responded quickly and made the booking process very easy. On the day of our trip, our train from Rome to Naples was delayed by over an hour, and I couldn’t get through by phone to let them know — I was worried our driver wouldn’t be there when we arrived. But as soon as we stepped off the train, I saw our driver, Alberto, waiting patiently with a sign showing my last name. All my worries disappeared instantly. The service was professional, reliable, and stress-free from start to finish. We were so impressed that we booked them again for our private transfer to Positano and later to Naples Airport for our flight back to the states. Both Alberto and Aniello were amazing! Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for comfortable and dependable transportation in the Amalfi Coast area!

We used Giuseppe for our transfers from Naples airport to Positano and back to Naples airport. We also used his services from Positano to Pompeii and he also drove us around for the whole day on the Amalfi coast - we saw Ravello, Atrani, Minori and Maiori. Giuseppe, Nello and Alberto were all AMAZING! We never felt unsafe while they were driving and it was a relaxing experience. All three of them were so nice to talk you and so courteous. We had such a great time with them and my family will always remember the great conversations that we had. Can not stress enough how amazing Transfer Relax have been for us today. The holiday went so fast we kind of forgot until morning of... Messaged on WhatsApp and arranged a pickup for airport transfer from Sorrento 3 hours later. It was almost too easy! Driver was confirmed an hour before pickup and was then waiting for us a bit before arranged pickup time to get us and the bags into the air conditioned Mercedes. Much needed at 32 degrees. I am writing this successfully at the airport after a effortless last minute arrangement. Use Transfer Relax.

We traveled to Italy in Nov. 2024 and used Transfer Relax four different times while we were staying in Sorrento. I cannot recommend this company enough. We had Giuseppe for three of the drives and his father for the other. They were prompt, friendly, and informative. We felt safe and comfortable in their vans. I used Transferelax services for the transfer from Naples airport to Sorrento, then I used it to visit Positano, Amalfi and Ravello by car and finally I did the transfer back to Naples with a stop in Pompeii. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a car service! We needed transportation between Naples and Positano both ways, and our friends had recommended this company. Giuseppe was our driver - he was always on time, communicative, and so friendly. Giuseppe was great company for the hour and a half car rides. We learned a lot and would absolutely call them again!
