I completed TMS treatment at Tranquil Minds Mental Health. Tiana and Roxenne went out of there way to help me. As a retired USAF veteran TMS has help me with PTSD, anxiety and depression. I would recommend TMS to everyone that it could help. Give Tranquil Minds Mental Health a call today.

I had an amazing experience with the team at Tranquil Minds Mental Health. While going through TMS treatment both Roxanne and Tiana were very invested in my experience and accommodating for my needs. The environment is extremely welcoming and you instantly feel at home. You also know you will be well taken care of as they both work so well along side one another. The treatment itself will make you walk away from it feeling mentally stronger to tackle your everyday life and be able to enjoy it while doing so. They truly want the best for their patients and are invested in them because even after treatment they will continue to check-in on you. If you're considering doing TMS or looking for ways to help your mental health I would highly recommend Tranquil Minds Mental Health.

These ladies are the best in the business hands down! Fully trust Roxanne. She is so knowledgeable and has your best interests at heart. Super easy to get ahold of and communicate with! Highly recommend :)

I began seeing Roxanne Dobrova for psychiatric care and medication management. Over time, communication became increasingly difficult, especially regarding medication refills and appointments. Appointments were rescheduled last minute and my medication concerns were not properly addressed, and I rarely received direct responses. I consistently had to rely on my counselor to contact her on my behalf just to receive communication or medication refills. I was told I would continue receiving care through August 2026 while my regular psychiatrist was on maternity leave, but that did not happen. In May 2026, I learned through my counselor, not directly from Roxanne, that she would no longer be treating me. I was not referred to another provider or given guidance for continuity of care. The lack of communication, inconsistency, and abrupt transition caused significant stress and anxiety during an already vulnerable time. I was seeking support and stability for my mental health, but the experience ultimately increased my stress and made things worse.
