Had an emergency when our AC stopped during a heat wave. We called around and only these guys were able to squeeze us in the same day. The technician was friendly and worked fast to get us back to cool air. So grateful for their quick response and fair pricing — they saved us that weekend!

Tran Air had serviced the AC units before we bought our house and we had no previous relationship with the company. Despite that, Cong was immediately responsive when we needed him both before and after closing and even on the weekends. The work is excellent and reasonably priced. He didn’t go out of his way to do extra work unnecessarily and checked in to ensure the fix was holding early the next day. Amazing attention and going the extra mile without being asked adds up to 5-star service!

We signed up for the annual maintenance plan last year. Every time a technician comes by, they check everything thoroughly and never rush. They found a small issue early this time which saved us a huge repair bill. Worth every penny for peace of mind.

With three kids and a dog, it quickly became unbearable—we had to camp out in the basement just to stay cool. Tran HVAC was a lifesaver. They responded the same day and showed up quickly, which was already a huge relief. From the moment the technician arrived, he was professional, respectful, and even put on shoe covers without being asked. He worked efficiently, explained the issue clearly once it was fixed, and promised to follow up the next day—which he did! That kind of follow-through really impressed me. I can’t recommend this company more. They’ve serviced a very worn out system on our rental property twice. They have been on time, if not early, and very flexible and communicative in appointment/arrival times, as well as afterwards to ensure everything is running well. During the appointment he is very respectful of the property, has all the right equipment to access the attic system (no drop down stairs), and never leaves any kind of mess. He has even offered telephone support for a DYI we want to do. Professional, responsible, and effective services. Wonderful!

My AC stopped blowing cold air in mid-summer. Cong checked it out and reluctantly told me that my system is very old (25+ years) and probably not worth fixing as it would break down again. So, I called around and got a couple quotes for a new system installed. But Cong’s estimate was a no-brainer, saved me thousands over other big name competitors. Got a killer deal on a new 3-ton Trane AC and furnace. Cong and his crew came over in the afternoon and replaced the whole system in in less than 4 hours. Everything went smooth, guys are real pros. The new AC cools down the house with ease in these record-breaking summer temps. I’m very grateful for the Tran Air crew, very pleasant people. Cong is very easy to talk to and most importantly, he’s honest. I never once felt like he was lying or up-selling me on extra stuff. Couldn’t have had a better experience.
