I was referred to this clinic by a friend. From the get go I was totally impressed with the organisational culture. The front office was extremely efficient in helping me complete the forms, book follow up appointments and send reminders 24 hrs prior. The dental hygienists were extremely competent and professional. Finally, Dr Kapoor explained what needs to be done in simple grade 6 English and was extremely gentle. Needless to say, I will be their patient for life.

I never thought I’d describe a wisdom tooth extraction as amazing, but here we are. As someone who’s usually anxious about dental visits, I was blown away by how cared for I felt throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in, Liz at the front desk made me feel welcome and at ease. thank you so much, Liz! Dr Sam (Oral Surgeon) was incredible. calm, professional, and reassuring. I genuinely felt like I was in the best hands possible. What could’ve been a stressful experience turned out to be smooth and surprisingly positive. Highly recommend this team if you’re nervous about dental work, they’ll take care of you.

Very well organised, clean and hygienic Dental Clinic. The staff are very very kind, polite, helpful and always with a big smile. Their treatment is always very good. I would highly recommend them. Liz is such a sweet person— it’s always wonderful to have a conversation with her . Dr. Noor is amazing.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Nour and the team at Trafalgar Village Dental. I’ve always been a bit anxious about going to the dentist, but from the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the clinic itself is spotless and calming. Dr. Nour took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly before starting. I really appreciated how gentle and reassuring she was during my visit. Best dental staff ever !! Came here for my dental cleaning, Liz at reception is super nice and friendly, I feel very welcomed throughout~And shout out to my hygienist Runi, she is amazing and helpful, I was bit nervous at first,but she made the whole experience easy , efficient and comfortable!! Highly recommend!

Dr. Kapoor is absolutely great! I lost part of a front tooth and he did a great job , no discomfort at all during the procedure . Been going to him for years but felt he deserved this shout out! Front Desk staff also excellent, got me in real quick . The hygienists are also excellent. Thanks to Dr. Kapoor and his team!

They are overly welcoming that feels like they are going to scam you. Also they are bugging the client too much, texting, emailing, even sending mail to your house, multiple times! The first time I went there they made a mistake in my invoice and I told them on the spot, this does not sound right they said no it is correct, then I did the break down and showed them that they charged both me and my insurance so I had to go again for their mistake. Yesterday I went again with my 5 years old kid, she is in the other room, I am in the different room, exam and cleaning finished, at the reception I saw the amount that I need to pay is again high, I look at my invoice, they did polishing which is not covered for my 5 years old kid without asking me. My previous dental office which unfortunately I left because of moving from that town, were always asking me and explaining any work that needs to be done for me.

This office is superb! I tried several other dentists in Oakville to find this gem. They treat you like family, the girls at the desk are fun, charming, and so pleasant. Whenever I call they immediately know me, ask about what is new with me, genuinely care about their clients well -being as well as dental needs. The follow up is excellent, they are efficient and provide all around great service. The hygienists are fun and friendly and take the anxiety of a dental visit away. Dr. Kapoor is very gentle and calm. Best place ever!!!

I got referred to Dr.Kapoor by my childhood dentist when he retired 4 years ago. Ever since I was a patient of his I've have been very pleased and comfortable with each checkup and procedure I've done. Dr. Kapoor is very professional friendly and gentle when it comes to working on my teeth. I never feel nervous to go for a checkup or to ask him questions regarding my teeth. He takes his time to explain to you every concern or positive feedback he has after the checkup. His office is conveniently located in my home town and I referred my wife to him as well which she now goes to see Dr. Kapoor for regular checkup. We are both very happy with Trafalgar Village Dental. Thank you Dr. Kapoor and his staff for being very welcoming and friendly.
