It is National Dental Hygienists Week and we are celebrating! Here are three tips our hygienists wanted to share!
ā Brush and floss daily: Make sure to brush your teeth at least twice a day and floss once a day to remove plaque and food particles that can lead to tooth decay and gum disease.
ā Visit your dental hygienist regularly: Regular dental check-ups and cleanings are essential for maintaining good oral health. Schedule appointments with your dental hygienist every six months to prevent dental issues and keep your smile healthy.
ā Watch your diet: Limit sugary and acidic foods and drinks, as they can contribute to tooth decay and enamel erosion. Instead, opt for a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and calcium-rich foods to support strong teeth and gums.
By following these tips, you can promote optimal oral health and keep your smile bright and healthy. Happy National Dental Hygienists Week! š š
