I wish to thank the staff at Townsville Cremations for everything they did for our family when my beautiful 22 year old daughter passed away in January 2020, Amy. We were treated with care and dignity and most of all it was a wonderful place to have her funeral to say our goodbyes. You might want to know why i am giving my feedback long after my daughters death, but some "Low Life" broke into her sisters car, Jessie, which was parked out the front of her unit and stole her "treasure box". This box contained photos, letters and other precious things from her deceased sister Amy. This box had items that would only mean something to her. Jessie was devastated and i would like to thank Townsville Cremations for providing a copy of the original Funeral paperwork, a framed photograph and "Gifted" me a necklace of which i had some of Amy's ashes placed in it. The team at Townsville Cremations certainly made my day. Nothing will be the same without her but i couldn't have asked for better care and respectfulness of the kind gestures from Townsville Cremations. I would recommend them to any person that finds themselves in my situation. They are a 5 star Business. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
