I went to multiple places and many estimates, town center automotive was by far the best places I could’ve ended up. The employees the work done all amazing. I was stressing and everything they did was calming and helped me through it. Im grateful! Glad to say i will be a long term customer with this work family! Free inspection for anything and everything else im going to get done to the car had a whole report with videos explaining each thing!

It started with the service / parts advisor Riley. A very nice man who was caring, understanding and polite,b which goes a long way. I understand that parts, LABOR, and misc. can reach an OBSCENE amount of money, (it's been awhile since I had repeirs done) so I didn't even scratched the amount. It's a small run business and EVERYONE was just plain friendly. So, I will rate again soon (got to save first) because they earned a second chance to work on my car Thanks again. Ben

The front desk staff, mechanics and owner, Kevin Safley, go the extra mile for their customers. Their guarantees, parts and workmanship are second to none. The detailed inspections they perform lets you know exactly what condition your car is in so there are no surprises down the road. I have been going to Town Center Automotive since they first opened their shop and won't go anywhere else. My car has 155,000+ miles on it and is running in tip top condition. If you are looking for an honest, reliable automotive shop for your car look no where else.

This shop basically turned my 25k-30lk truck into scrap metal after over 2 months and over 4000 dollars my truck had to be limped to another mechanic where they are finding the damage done by this shop almost bypasses the value of the truck! Despite aggressive advertising calling themselves "diesel specialists ' they finally admitted they don't even employ a diesel mechanic! Nice people and you don't want to think there is a problem and thats how they get you! By the time you are convinced maybe you have a problem... YOU TRULY DO!!!

I loved the service at Town Center Automotive. They did a really thorough job of inspecting and documenting the condition of the car before even quoting anything. The inspection was free, but the information was so detailed and useful that I downloaded a copy of the report, which came with about 100 photos of various particulars of the car. They provided line-by-line items of concern within the quote and were completely transparent and professional throughout. No upselling, reasonable pricing, super knowledgeable and friendly staff. 5 stars all around and will definitely go back there for any repairs. Thank you Town Center team!

My car needed a lot of work done and I am quite glad I brought it to Town Center Automotive. A thorough inspection was done and the repair time for all that had to be done was only a couple of days of work. I also saved money going with them as other estimates I had been given were, to me, considerably quite higher. It's nice to find an auto mechanic shop I can trust.

My car was having an AC issue, and they quickly figured out exactly what was wrong. They were honest, didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and fixed the problem in a cost-effective way. Great service and very professional.

I had a great experience with Town Center Automotive. Our car was leaking coolant profusely and they were able to fix it no problem. They were super easy to talk with either on the phone or by text, which was great for me as a full-time working person for whom sometimes texting is just more convenient. I never felt like I was bothering them by asking questions or getting updates. I especially didn't feel like "just a girl" in a mechanic shop which was very refreshing. They worked very diligently with my warranty company as well. The price was extremely reasonable, especially since some shops will charge you $200+ just to run a diagnostic. The work done on my car looks so clean and just right, I know that they did the best job they could and didn't rush or use cheap parts. I will visit this shop again for routine maintenance based solely on this experience.

This was hands down the best experience we have ever had with a mechanic shop. We had a ton of issues going on with our vehicle and all the employees handled every concern with great care. They also worked with our warranty coverage very well which was a huge relief to us. All the workers are so nice as well. We will absolutely be taking our car back for any future repairs. Town Center Automotive is the place to go!! My husband and I had to bring our 2008 Toyota Tundra here to get it fixed and it was the best, most seamless experience ever. We got the truck diagnosed at a different shop and had reached out to TCA for a quote on how much it would be to get it fixed and David provided a quote and we had the truck dropped off that afternoon and it was fixed two days later. They didn’t even charge us their own diagnostic fee which is a huge deal to us because every other shop couldn’t provide a quote without their own diagnosis! David answered my millions of questions, explained what was wrong in a way that was easy to understand and even saved the parts that were replaced so he could show what it looked like before it was fixed. I will be bringing our vehicles to this place from here on out. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and very reasonable as far as pricing goes. Thank you to Town Center Automotive for such a wonderful experience and major shout out to David!! This place is great and you will not be disappointed!
